This was an examination following Cataract Surgery.
As always the examination was very thorough and the Optometrist took care to explain everything and answer all my questions. Very professional. Between her and the Opthalmic Surgeon I always felt I was being looked after, from the initial diagnosis to post surgery.
I highly recommend Kelly Eye-care for a professional and personal service

Excellent service from first telephone conversation through to end of consultation. I was able to get an appointment the following day.
Clear explanation of everything involved in examination of my eyes was given by optician.
An issue was found and optician was reassuring. She explained the steps forward that needed to take place. A referral was made to local eye hospital and I received an acknowledgment from them within several hours. A letter has gone to my GP.
I couldn’t have been given better care.

Brilliant local care - great selection of top lenses makes for long term clear vision

Having received slow service from NHS at Bournemouth Hospital following a post cataract operation problem I contacted Kelly’s in Ringwood who are my normal optician.
They fitted me into their schedule for an immediate appointment. Having completed their necessary checks at the appointment they immediately referred me to a company who act on behalf of the NHS for early laser treatment.

I have been going to Kellys in brockenhurst for a few years now, and I have always found them to be very professional.
The staff are friendly and extremely knowledgeable about my eye condition and they have helped me to understand parts that I wasn’t sure about.
You are always made welcome when entering the shop.
Having new glasses chosen and fitted can be a great experience. The staff are professional as well as great fun.

The staff here are always friendly and professional but I would like to add that I feel that all my needs and worries are addressed. It is important to know that with such a vital part of our health is being carefully monitored.

I have been going to Kelly's in Ringwood for around 6 years. I am always made to feel welcome, they recognise me and know my name which is so lovely in this increasingly faceless world. The check ups and service are always professional and thorough. I feel very well cared for.

It starts with the Excellent staff providing a friendly welcome, followed by a very professional and thorough check of the eyes, before finishing with superb guidance whilst comparing the multitude of options available for frames and lenses.
Overall an enjoyable and educational experience, whilst having a bit of a laugh.
All that was missing was the wine and canapés.
