It’s always a pleasure to visit Kelly EyecareOpticians. The staff are so helpful and kind. My husband has memory problems and they couldn’t be more understanding. Always very willing to help if you need an opinion on Choosing new frames 😃

As soon as I walked through the door felt comfortable and welcomed.
All the staff were polite, efficient, organised and helpful.
I found the whole team informative and took the time to explain everything. For the first time ever I had my scans explained to me, thank you.
A very special thank you to Tracy, she has the patience of a saint. I tried almost every pair of glasses on, nothing was too much trouble.
I felt they have invested a lot of time as well as finance into their business to give the very best service to their customers.
I will thoroughly recommend them.

I found the staff to be polite, friendly, professional and very knowledgeable.

The whole process from beginning to end was excellent and both myself and my husband are very happy with our glasses.

I needed a quick appointment following an eye operation so that I would be able to drive, I only waited 2 days to be seen after speaking to Aysha, the very helpful and polite receptionist. I saw the optometrist Michele who was kind, helpful and thorough. I am able to drive without my current glasses and will need new glasses when my prcedures have been completed. They were happy to help with a free NHS test and I will definitely go back to them for new glasses when I need them.

Very professionally run opticians. Appointments always on time. Pleasant, friendly staff and a first class experience.

I would highly recommend Kelly Eyecare. My 10 year old daughter is neurodivergent and has a sensitivity to light. She was terrified at the prospect of an eye test. Sarah managed the appointment so sensitively and adapted the tests accordingly and even made it fun. My daughter has said she always wants to see Sarah for her eye tests.

Kelly Eyecare have always provided excellent customer care. So impressed with Tracey’s ability to always choose the right frames for me.

I have been going to Kelly Eyecare for an annual check up for many years. The staff have always been helpful and professional. My eye test was performed by Michelle who was very knowledgeable and helpful .

Kelly Eyecare was recommended to me.
It meant a much longer journey but I had lost confidence in my local major opticians. Stephanie is fantastic. She quickly put me at my ease; she arranged a further thorough eye test with Louise and I was referred on for a further check re a potential problem. Stephanie explained the benefits of various lenses lens colours, frames and costs. I did not feel under pressure and just knew I could trust her professional advice. My new glasses were ready in a week and I'm so very pleased with them I collect a second pair this week

The team at Ringwood again excellent. I really trust the Opticians there, who have access to some impressive equipment also. The care with the order and the fit of some specs was excellent including sourcing a repair piece. Always friendly at reception too. Thank you

Louise at Winton branch has really looked after my eyesight problems arranging for me to have a cataract operation and the after care. Service at Kelly’s is second to none. My husband also goes there for his eye care. We both thoroughly recommend them.

Thorough and friendly service in Brockenhurst branch. Yes they are more expensive than your Vision Express etc but very local to me, so don’t have travel expenses.

Having arrived for my new sunglasses while trying them on I was very unsure if I was happy with them. As they are varifocle it takes a while to be sure, Kelly's opticians were more than happy for me to take them away to trial them fir a few days. Such great service and I always feel comfortable going in there.
