Their stock is fake

Their stock is fake. You can order whatever you want, but they can cancel the order as they did to me.

We are sorry to hear that you feel you have had a negative experience shopping with us.

Sadly there seems to have been some sort of misunderstanding - our webstore does not display stock levels, and as such does not have "fake" stock.

As explained on the webstore, not all items are in stock locally - this makes possible our large selection and often low prices.
We have a huge quantity of products in stock locally, and we always attempt to bring in any items which are not in stock locally from our core suppliers.
Most often this is possible, but in this case, what you ordered was sadly not available.

We apologize again for the inconvenience.

Taking my business else where!

I ordered from their website twice now and both times I got an email back saying that some items from my order are sold out even tho when I bought them they were not.

The 2nd order i had placed, hadonly sleeves left that i could still get out of the entire order of 6+ items.

I'm really dissapointed in the webshop.

One way they could fix this is:
instead of listing the items that are sold out maybe tagg them as sold out so people dont buy them. or when it does happen offer discounts so people want to come back for other orders.

As explained on the webstore, not all items are in stock locally - this makes possible our large selection and often low prices.
We have a huge quantity of products in stock locally, and we always attempt to bring in any items which are not in stock locally from our core suppliers.

When you place an order with us, it is first and foremost a request for the items we have in stock locally, and secondly for what we can bring in from our suppliers.
When we process an order by setting items aside and/or bringing in products from suppliers, we confirm that what has been ordered can be delivered as we inform you of an estimated processing time for the order.
If a product is not in stock locally, however, there is sadly a certain risk that we are not able to deliver it for the order.

Since what we sell is often collector's items, and not items which are easily and readily available.

The slowest shipping I have ever…

The slowest shipping I have ever encountered in Europe! Yes, the item is in stock and it took approximately 9 days to go from ordering to the shop finally handing the package to UPS.
I can receive gaming materials from the UK, Finland or the USA quicker than this store which happens to be in a neighboring country.
First and last time buying there. While a UPS label was created on the 11th, it wasn’t handed over to UPS until the 15th. Hence, not “shipped” until late on the 15th.

As mentioned on the webstore, even for regular orders there may be up to 10 days of processing time before an order can be shipped - with 9 days before UPS performed the initial scan, this is still within the estimate presented on the webstore.

In any case, if you experience delays with a particular courier, we wholeheartedly recommend that you choose a different courier for any future orders. Additionally, if you ever need a shipment by a particular date, you are more than welcome to note this in the comment field when placing the order - that way we can alert you ASAP if some part of the order is not possible to deliver by that date, and we can sometimes do a little extra to make sure the goods arrive on time.

Deceptive business tactics

Does not have all cards listed on the site in stock (even though you can add and buy literally any amount of them) and this causes significant shipping delays because they gotta source the cards before being able to ship them to you. Deceptive website design.

The support acted rude when I wanted to cancel the order because of the delay. Unprofessional.

Very long waits for items, poor customer service

At the time of writing, I have now been waiting over 10 weeks for a preorder item that released at the beginning June. Said item is still listed on the website as a 'preorder' with a 35% discount, though it is no longer currently marked as being in stock. I contacted the company and asked where the order was last week and was told they were still waiting on the pre-order from the supplier.

This is quite frustrating as I can walk into a local store and pick the item up off the shelf (granted at a higher price), but I'm still in limbo with this order.

Update (05/03/26): I originally contacted them in mid September asking for them to cancel and refund my order as it was apparent they weren't going to be able to fulfil the order in a timely manner - I don't feel this was unreasonable as I'd already been waiting nearly four months. They refused and I quote the actual e-mail I received back "What gives you the impression that we cannot fill it? The item is still preorder, and Ultra Pro does not guarantee specific release dates. We write on the preorder what the estimate is."

It's now March 2026 and the order has finally arrived - 40 weeks after actually paying for them, and long since forgotten, which is absolutely insane. Since the items were intended as a gift I'd already given up on Kelz0r and sourced them elsewhere and delivered them in October. Any reasonable company would have cancelled and refunded the order months ago ... or when it was requested by the customer who had already been waiting for four months.

Absolute horrible experiences

Absolute horrible experiences, and not once. Insane delivery times and often cancelled orders. They do not have the items they say in stock. they try to source them for cheap, let you wait and if they cant find them, they will cancel your order. Dont buy here, there are better sellers out there. Not a legit business
