Hit and miss

This store is hit and miss some times. They have an amazing assortment of items on their website but before you order make sure to ask if they have it in stock, because most of the time it will not say on their website if the item is available even tough it is for sale. Several times I have placed orders and waited 1-3 weeks only to get a message saying that one of the items is not possible to get and send me an incomplete order. In some occasions i have experienced that when ordering magic cards for below card market value they will say that the item is not possible to get, remove it from my order, only to raise the price later on their website.

If you need items for a certain date make sure you tell them because the wait time can sometimes be up to 4 weeks when ordering domestic.

I really want to like this shop because I have ordered a lot from here, but placing orders only to have them rejected, or having to wait for several weeks, getting faulty orders and getting no compensation what so ever when having problems with orders.

I think the best approach if you want to shop here is to show up to the physical store.

Don't get me wrong, I have received several orders without a problem but around 40% of the times there is some kind of problem, so I will choose a different store or just order from the producers directly in the future.

very professional in what they do

This is the 2nd time I ordered a precon. It was sinds quite faster and neatly. The people at Kelz0r knoe what they are doing and they are good at it. They even send some extra's along in the package. I'm very happy to be able to buy from them.

1.5 months wait time, products came with seal ripped in places

I wouldn't order online from them.
getting your products 1.5 months later is a special privilege available for B2B customers. As a normal client you might wait 3 months for products shown as available when you place your order.
Also, if you still want to order, please remember to tell them that you want your products undamaged

Sadly, as we are given to understand from your emails to us, you have made several gross misunderstandings of how our webstore works, even after we explained everything to you in detail.

As explained on the webstore, most orders are shipped within 10 days.

However, when you place a preorder for an item that is not currently available, it may indeed be several months before that product is available. We recommend checking up on product ETAs in the top of their descriptions - as well as under "My Orders" while logged in on the webstore - if you want an update for this.

Sadly not all products are manufacted with pristine outer packaging - in the case of packaging that is meant to be discarded, a slight cosmetic blemish is not as such a defect of the product itself.
However, in case a product is needed in pristine condition, for example in order for it to be part of a collection for display purposes, we generally recommend informing us of your intent via the comments field - that way we can avoid shipping an item with cosmetic blemishes, and will alert you in case something is not possible to guarantee will arrive in pristine condition.

In your particular case, a single product arrived with a slight cosmetic blemish, and we offered a discount to remedy the issue, as well as free products.

We are saddened by your reaction to this entire affair, as we have done our best to help you in this matter.

Your threats of self-harm were entirely inappropriate as well - however, please understand that we wish you well and hope you find the help you need.

It's so close to being perfect.

In total I placed 4 orders so far, of which 2 were fulfilled, 2 were cancelled -- speaking purely of Magic items.

I would like to start out with the positives first:

- Huge selection of items, from modern sets to vintage rarities, this is the place to go, if you are a sealed vintage collector or if you are into some of the more obscure Magic items.

- The packaging is great! Bubblewrap all around, customized tapes to hold it all together, ample packaging material, so nothing moves and the fulfillment speed is great.

- A lot of payment options, why I vastly prefer their own website > Cardmarket (which is bold, coming from me, who sells on Cardmarket).

Now for the singular negative point, which is starting to "sour" my experience a bit, and to preface this: I am fully aware, that this whole thing is perfectly covered in their conditions but still I would like to talk about it.

When you go the website and filter for let's say "Bundles/Fat Packs" you will get a vast selection of items, many of which have price tags, special tags with indicators like "*rare*" or "*only x amount left*" etc, which makes this whole selection seem like, that most if not all of the items are somewhat in stock.

Now if you pick an item, that is not in stock anymore and not able to be sourced and (in my case a Lorwyn and a Morningtide Fat Pack) put it in your shopping cart, you get no warning. You can simply go ahead, pay, get an official confirmation of your order and you will then wait anywhere from 1 to 2 days until you either get:

a.) a shipment confirmation of your item(s)

or

b.) a cancellation with a heartfelt, long message saying, that your order is nothing but a "request" to check the inventory stock in the first place AND THEN it will move over to a proper sale, which is why you are literally left in the dark for a little bit, not knowing if you are able to even get the item or not.

Now most of the time this wouldn't be too bad, but imagine you have 2 deals on a singular, rare item. One is cheaper (kelz0r) and one is more expensive but for sure available, you now go ahead, buy it and you lost the other deal, suddenly leaving you with nothing at all, because their inventory system is not properly updated/updating with their real-world inventory.

I now figured out a way, to at least make sure, *some* items are in stock, by cross-referencing their Cardmarket inventory, but come on guys. That cannot be the norm?

Why do you even have listings of certain items, if they are not in stock? Just remove the listing and add them back up, once they are actually procured.

Not only am I losing potential deals and time, but you too! Having to go and look for items, that are not there, just to cancel the order and have the customer back at 0.

I will say, I won't stop looking for vintage items from you guys, as there is really no other good way, but if this keeps happening over and over again, I will simply bite the bullet and pay up to get them from somewhere else, even If it means longer shipping times and more costs on my side (ebay/international purchases).

Otherwise, everything is in order and great, but this is really backwards for a 2025 online shopping experience.

There seems to be some misunderstanding as to how our webstore works, which we will happily help clear up.

For the majority of orders, they consist of items which are in stock locally.
If an item is not in stock locally, we do our best to bring it in from a supplier - and in most cases this is successful, which results in some processing time before we can ship an order.
In a minority of cases, one or more items which is needed from a supplier will sadly not be possible to deliver.

In general, however, items that are marked as on *Sale* on the webstore are most often in stock locally, or are available in sufficient quantities en route to us that we are very confident that we can deliver them (for instance in the case of a few rare preorders marked with *Sale*).

In some cases, it may be possible to see whether an item is in stock locally on another platform, such as Cardmarket, but it is not guaranteed due to the large volume of orders we regularly receive - another customer might have ordered the same items earlier than you, meaning that their order is ahead in the queue.

Whenever we discover that an item cannot be delivered, we also make it impossible to order that item on the webstore - this is why you might notice that some items are marked as *Unavailable* or are entirely removed from the webstore. We generally only list products that we are confident we can bring in at the time of adding it to the webstore or making it available for purchase.
However, as stock changes constantly with our large network of suppliers, sadly it is still possible to order items that later turn out to not be available at that time, since we need to confirm stock manually, including stock with our suppliers.

Still, this setup makes it possible to offer our large selection of products at often very low prices, and we will continue to do our best to make it easier to make informed decisions when shopping with us.

self-satisfied and arrogant

you never know what you get. they offer everything, but cancel wahtever they want. the charge you more shipping without asking and EVERY package arriving looks like eaten by a dog! having lots of pictures and documents. i talked to them many times but even the service is getting worse and worse. stopped ordering there.

What you describe does not match how we operate at all - we only ever increase the shipping cost in case of changes made by the customer (for example in case of products being added), and as a rule our shipments arrive without damages, though mistreatment from the postal company is not something we can prevent entirely ourselves either.

If you ever receive a shipment from us where the package seems to have been damaged, we recommend that you contact us immediately, including image attachments showing both the package itself and the shipping label. Such behavior from the shipping company is never excusable, and we always make sure to follow up on any shipping issues to ensure that the customer receives what they ordered, without damages.

However, given that you have not provided any information that matches our customer records, and since the contact information you have provided doesn't correspond to any communication we have received from customers, sadly we cannot confirm exactly what may have happened in your case (or if you have made any purchases with us at all).

I can't recommend this

I can't recommend this. When ordering, even after payment, you can't know whether the product will arrive or not. I don't think it's very legal to sell products that don't exist.

We have a huge quantity of products in stock locally, and we always attempt to bring in any items which are not in stock locally from our core suppliers.

However, we will generally not list product that does not exist, unless a product simply has not been manufactured yet (for example in the case of a preorder).

When you place an order with us, it is first and foremost a request for the items we have in stock locally, and secondly for what we can bring in from our suppliers.
When we process an order by setting items aside and/or bringing in products from suppliers, we confirm that what has been ordered can be delivered as we inform you of an estimated processing time for the order.
If a product is not in stock locally, however, there is sadly a certain risk that we are not able to deliver it for the order.

Luckily this only happens very rarely, and most orders are shipped within 10 days of being placed.

Too much of a pain

The rating is based off of 2 personal experiences.

First of all they are LEGIT and if they have the product you will receive it.

Unfortunately as mentioned in other reviews they do not stock all the product they list as available. You can spend an hour searching through the huge catalog of items they list available and place a huge purchase just to receive an email a few days later letting you know that over 1/2 the items you had purchased aren't available anymore and they will change the status on website to unavailable. Then a week or so later those same items will magically reappear and if you try to order them again, they will once again tell you in a couple days that sorry the item is no longer in stock and make the item unavailable again. It's a rinse and repeat.

Sometimes the items reappear at same price you purchased and other times they greatly raise the price.

Overall their prices are all over the place. You may find reasonable prices (within $5 of market) and other times prices for a single card may be 3X the current market.

It's a really bad business practice to list products you know you do not have available but list them as available. It would be one thing to be out of stock on a "limited" or "rare" item but then to relist the exact same item again after you already claimed you didn't have it is where the issue lies. I wish I could rate higher but time is money and wasting time searching for several items for a gift just to find out that they really weren't available is just not acceptable.

If they ever fixed their stock issue then the rating would be higher, but as of right now it's place an order and hope a few days later that everything you wanted is available.

Yet I placed an order 2 times for Arceus and Shaymin pins and both times I got the email it's out of stock and yet once again you put it back on the website after a week or 2. Every single item I had placed an order for the second time was relisted on or close to the same day. It's like you have a schedule to relist all items that are unavailable after a certain period.

We are working hard to be able to offer a unique selection, and to deliver your products as soon as possible - as we explain on the webstore, there are sometimes extended processing times on certain sections of the products we sell, as we do not keep everything in stock locally. This, however, makes the wide selection and the low prices possible!

Luckily, only rarely is a product sold out - and if we ever discover that we can indeed not deliver a product, we will make it impossible for customers to order it again for the foreseeable future.
Sometimes an item does return to our catalogue at a later date, in case one of our suppliers offers the product to us again. The stock levels of our suppliers is subject to change, however, and and item may end up being unavailable again if you are unlucky and place an order after our suppliers have run out again.

There is not a set schedule to re-list all unavailable products, and it sounds like you have simply ordered at unlucky times. If a product is re-listed on the same day it is made available, it is due to radically changed information from a supplier.

Avoid them

Avoid them. Nothing terribly insidious, they just do not have anything in stock, despite what their website says. They say its so they can keep prices low, but prices are often on par with other retailers. Just buy elsewhere, it saves time.
