Hit and miss
This store is hit and miss some times. They have an amazing assortment of items on their website but before you order make sure to ask if they have it in stock, because most of the time it will not say on their website if the item is available even tough it is for sale. Several times I have placed orders and waited 1-3 weeks only to get a message saying that one of the items is not possible to get and send me an incomplete order. In some occasions i have experienced that when ordering magic cards for below card market value they will say that the item is not possible to get, remove it from my order, only to raise the price later on their website.
If you need items for a certain date make sure you tell them because the wait time can sometimes be up to 4 weeks when ordering domestic.
I really want to like this shop because I have ordered a lot from here, but placing orders only to have them rejected, or having to wait for several weeks, getting faulty orders and getting no compensation what so ever when having problems with orders.
I think the best approach if you want to shop here is to show up to the physical store.
Don't get me wrong, I have received several orders without a problem but around 40% of the times there is some kind of problem, so I will choose a different store or just order from the producers directly in the future.

This is the 2nd time I ordered a precon. It was sinds quite faster and neatly. The people at Kelz0r knoe what they are doing and they are good at it. They even send some extra's along in the package. I'm very happy to be able to buy from them.

getting your products 1.5 months later is a special privilege available for B2B customers. As a normal client you might wait 3 months for products shown as available when you place your order.
Also, if you still want to order, please remember to tell them that you want your products undamaged

It's so close to being perfect.
In total I placed 4 orders so far, of which 2 were fulfilled, 2 were cancelled -- speaking purely of Magic items.
I would like to start out with the positives first:
- Huge selection of items, from modern sets to vintage rarities, this is the place to go, if you are a sealed vintage collector or if you are into some of the more obscure Magic items.
- The packaging is great! Bubblewrap all around, customized tapes to hold it all together, ample packaging material, so nothing moves and the fulfillment speed is great.
- A lot of payment options, why I vastly prefer their own website > Cardmarket (which is bold, coming from me, who sells on Cardmarket).
Now for the singular negative point, which is starting to "sour" my experience a bit, and to preface this: I am fully aware, that this whole thing is perfectly covered in their conditions but still I would like to talk about it.
When you go the website and filter for let's say "Bundles/Fat Packs" you will get a vast selection of items, many of which have price tags, special tags with indicators like "*rare*" or "*only x amount left*" etc, which makes this whole selection seem like, that most if not all of the items are somewhat in stock.
Now if you pick an item, that is not in stock anymore and not able to be sourced and (in my case a Lorwyn and a Morningtide Fat Pack) put it in your shopping cart, you get no warning. You can simply go ahead, pay, get an official confirmation of your order and you will then wait anywhere from 1 to 2 days until you either get:
a.) a shipment confirmation of your item(s)
or
b.) a cancellation with a heartfelt, long message saying, that your order is nothing but a "request" to check the inventory stock in the first place AND THEN it will move over to a proper sale, which is why you are literally left in the dark for a little bit, not knowing if you are able to even get the item or not.
Now most of the time this wouldn't be too bad, but imagine you have 2 deals on a singular, rare item. One is cheaper (kelz0r) and one is more expensive but for sure available, you now go ahead, buy it and you lost the other deal, suddenly leaving you with nothing at all, because their inventory system is not properly updated/updating with their real-world inventory.
I now figured out a way, to at least make sure, *some* items are in stock, by cross-referencing their Cardmarket inventory, but come on guys. That cannot be the norm?
Why do you even have listings of certain items, if they are not in stock? Just remove the listing and add them back up, once they are actually procured.
Not only am I losing potential deals and time, but you too! Having to go and look for items, that are not there, just to cancel the order and have the customer back at 0.
I will say, I won't stop looking for vintage items from you guys, as there is really no other good way, but if this keeps happening over and over again, I will simply bite the bullet and pay up to get them from somewhere else, even If it means longer shipping times and more costs on my side (ebay/international purchases).
Otherwise, everything is in order and great, but this is really backwards for a 2025 online shopping experience.

I can't recommend this. When ordering, even after payment, you can't know whether the product will arrive or not. I don't think it's very legal to sell products that don't exist.

Too much of a pain
The rating is based off of 2 personal experiences.
First of all they are LEGIT and if they have the product you will receive it.
Unfortunately as mentioned in other reviews they do not stock all the product they list as available. You can spend an hour searching through the huge catalog of items they list available and place a huge purchase just to receive an email a few days later letting you know that over 1/2 the items you had purchased aren't available anymore and they will change the status on website to unavailable. Then a week or so later those same items will magically reappear and if you try to order them again, they will once again tell you in a couple days that sorry the item is no longer in stock and make the item unavailable again. It's a rinse and repeat.
Sometimes the items reappear at same price you purchased and other times they greatly raise the price.
Overall their prices are all over the place. You may find reasonable prices (within $5 of market) and other times prices for a single card may be 3X the current market.
It's a really bad business practice to list products you know you do not have available but list them as available. It would be one thing to be out of stock on a "limited" or "rare" item but then to relist the exact same item again after you already claimed you didn't have it is where the issue lies. I wish I could rate higher but time is money and wasting time searching for several items for a gift just to find out that they really weren't available is just not acceptable.
If they ever fixed their stock issue then the rating would be higher, but as of right now it's place an order and hope a few days later that everything you wanted is available.
"Luckily, only rarely is a product sold out - and if we ever discover that we can indeed not deliver a product, we will make it impossible for customers to order it again for the foreseeable future."
Yet I placed an order 2 times for Arceus and Shaymin pins and both times I got the email it's out of stock and yet once again you put it back on the website after a week or 2. Every single item I had placed an order for the second time was relisted on or close to the same day. It's like you have a schedule to relist all items that are unavailable after a certain period.

Avoid them
Avoid them. Nothing terribly insidious, they just do not have anything in stock, despite what their website says. They say its so they can keep prices low, but prices are often on par with other retailers. Just buy elsewhere, it saves time.
