I wish I could give more stars. We worked with Simone and Lisa on the sale of our flat, and it ended up being a really difficult sale due to our buyers solicitor being completely incompetent. Simone and Lisa worked tirelessly, relentlessly to get the deal through. Not only that, but they'd call us to see how we were and keep our spirits up. They were so caring, so kind and patient. I will honestly never forget and be forever grateful to them for their hard work.

We've used Kenny Solicitors five times now for property transactions and they are absolutely fantastic. We've always worked with Susanna and Michelle and they are both so responsive and a pleasure to work with. The whole team always have our best interests at heart.

We are so pleased to have used Kenny's Solicitors, Chichester for our house sale, and can’t recommend them highly enough. Due to a protracted sales process that lasted almost 2 years, (due to various issues not related to our solicitors), we received help from Louise, Sophie, then finally Susanne. We can’t recommend Kenny Solicitors highly enough. Louise was extremely responsive throughout the process and nothing was too much trouble. We were thoroughly impressed by the level of service, especially when compared to the speed of previous solicitors, and others in the chain. Five stars all the way!

I would just like to say a huge thank you to Victoria who was our conveyancer for both our sale and purchase (and also Lou for helping work through SDLT issues!). The sale of our house ended up being a lot more complicated than I had hoped due to my buyer being a company, which had temporary financial issues due to COVID. This resulted in many last minute complications and changes, and I was so pleased to have someone like Victoria as my conveyancer. Many years ago we had previously used one of the big online conveyancing companies, and I cannot imagine how we would have ever got through this with them! Actually, we simply wouldn't have got through it, and we would have ended up losing our dream home. Despite the complications, Victoria and her team worked through everything so that we could still complete on our purchase, despite the sale of our property being delayed. I cannot tell you how reassuring and incredible it is to get almost instant responses to emails, even at 7am(!). If I were to move again in future, no matter where in the UK it was, I would without a doubt use Victoria and her firm again. We almost certainly wouldn't be writing this from our new home if it wasn't for their perseverance!
