Charlotte and her assistant Sarah managed the sale and purchase of our houses. Extremely thorough service throughout, always keeping in contact with us. We really felt that our best interests were being looked after at all times. The only reason we gave 4 stars instead of 5 was that the whole process took longer than we had hoped however, that said, I would choose attention to detail and accuracy over speed every time.

Erin helped me with my husband's estate. She was very patient explaining the complex details of each form, which was a great relief. Erin also responded very quickly by email to a couple of queries I had. Nothing was too much trouble. Erin made the whole process so easy. Brilliant. I highly recommend Erin.

Erin Green - and her assistant Poppy Fitzgerald- dealt with the probate application for my late sister's estate sensitively, swiftly and efficiently. A wholly positive experience; albeit entirely via e-mail. We have used Owen Kenny previously to deal with the estates of both my parents, the sale of their home and the purchase of a flat for my sister. We shall be approaching them to represent the estate in the sale of that flat.

This time is a continual time since 2019.
My cousin made a will with these solicitors leaving 1/2 of her inheritance (120,000+ pounds) to my sister. in the event of her death to my daughter.
Upon her death the money never arrived. 6 years later 40 e-mails and countless phone calls later I have not received a SINGLE reply.

The arbitrator for the above, whose total being was to make sure the solicitor¡s did not have to pay.
The Sussex police. I have an e-mail from a police inspector stating it was unlawful to interview a solicltor!!!!
Various Government agencies. Nothing
I have been warned by Trust pilot that I must not use inflammatory language.
