Fantastic Service
Ordered a new dishwasher yesterday and it has been delivered and installed today. Great service from all, will definitely be using again. After a shocking experience with a national retailer purchasing from Kensington has been a breath of fresh air.

We bought a range cooker and a graded fridge freezer and dishwasher, as well as several kitchen cabinets, from Kensington a year or so ago when we renovated our kitchen. Lucy gave us great advice and the prices were very good. The appliances have been trouble free. Lucy recently and very helpfully arranged for a couple of the cabinet doors to be replaced, which we inadvertently damaged. We strongly recommend Kensington Appliances to our friends and family.

Dishwasher broke at 9am called Kensington at 1pm, new dishwasher delivered and fully installed by 3pm. Unbelievable service thank you so much.

Fantastic local store. Today took delivery of our new Rangemaster and I really can’t fault the service we’ve received from start to finish from Kensington. The staff in the shop were really helpful and guided us through the huge choice of models even giving us really good advice re the electricians requirements. We went in several times and they were always patient and professional. The delivery chaps today were also really good and I will certainly use them again. Good price too! A breath of fresh air compared to the big sheds.

DREADFUL SERVICE. Called in last week and viewed a range cooker which I was advised could be installed before Xmas so called in again at the weekend to check the price as manufacturer is offering a cash back. I was promised a call back on Monday with confirmation but when no one bothered to call back I phoned to check and was told that the offer is no longer available. This is untrue but it transpired that as they no longer stock the make they cannot offer the discount and can only offer the second hand appliance in the show room. A complete waste of time - absolutely dreadful service from this company.

Recently purchased a Fisher and Paykel appliance from Kensington Appliances and I could not be happier! The service I received was brilliant and I was kept in contact throughout. Would definitely recommend!

The very worst of companies. Their drivers delivered a fridge, banged into the walls badly damaging them and the company refuses to compensate despite admitting that their driver was liable and despite pictures and 3rd party witnesses.

Simply dreadful. No customer service. Will never use and certianly not recommend.

There is always an element of risk when ordering online from an unknown source, as Kensington Appliances were to me. They are based in East Sussex and I am based in Devon ordering remotely for my daughter so I knew nothing of this shop. However, the price of the product was cheaper than larger, better know suppliers so I took a chance on them, and I am delighted that I did. The online ordering process was quick and easy. Confirmation of the order and of payment was fast and a delivery day / time frame was given at the same time. The shop kept in contact before delivery and the driver called 30 minutes before delivery. The Dryer was unpacked, installed and the packaging removed, together with the old appliance. Overall if I could give more than 5 stars I would as service and customer care such as this is becoming quite rare. I would recommend this supplier without any hesitation.

Popped in here while I was in Heathfield with my mum and I couldn't believe how much stuff there was on show, it's a real Aladdin's cave full of lovely kitchen goods, I live in America and was on vacation visiting my mum and went to choose a new Range cooker with her, the staff were full of information and really helped us, I was very impressed and also confident that they were going to sort out everything with delivery and taking away the old one so I didn't need to worry after I had gone home because Sarah who served us really did care. My mum now has her new cooker installed and working and she loves it, well done Kensington! And thank you to the guys who delivered it, mum said they were very carefull and tidy. FIVE STARS

In a nutshell, we had a faulty appliance (bought elsewhere) which was tripping out our home electrics. We ordered a quality replacement at a bargain price from Kensington. After discovering it was just a faulty element, we cancelled the order. Gareth the salesman was totally professional and gave us a full refund. A company is only as good as the service provided when things do not go to plan. In this case, 5 stars and for quality appliances at excellent prices in East Sussex they cannot be beaten. I am a very satisfied non- customer who will be back!

I purchased a washing machine and fridge from Kensington appliances. They were very helpful and friendly, they helped me to pick out the best machine for my requirements and they were very patient with me taking my time. They were delivered and installed a day later and I couldn't be happier. I will definitely use them again.

Purchased our tumble dryer from Kensington appliances, didn't know much about heat pump dryers but they were very informative and helped me make a great choice. Delivery was smooth and drivers very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend.

I get all my electrical appliances from Kensington. The staff are knowledgeable and helpful, and the service is unbeatable IMO. I bought a Zanussi fridge and a Sharp microwave from them last July, and they were delivered for free the same day. And today I went in with my grandma who needs a new oven. The salesman took the time to show her how each works and he explained the features on them like fifty times because she's very forgetful. The guy was very patient, polite and respectful. It was really good customer service. I won't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

We've just purchased our second kitchen from Kensington Appliances and am delighted with the service and prices. Their customer care has been brilliant throughout - that's why we've gone back to them and will continue to do so in the future.
