One door was changed 5 times due to being delivered damaged. One door was not took away so left for us to dispose of. Not once was offered any discount for the inconvenience of waiting in five times for one door. Completely unbelievable

We contacted Ken's Yard for an urgent delivery for Kahrs Wood Flooring. Luke was absolutely amazing - he understood our predicament and stepped in to help us meet our requirements. Not only did he do this but Luke exceeded our expectations delivering our order within 48 hours. Ken's Yard is competitive on price - much better than the John Lewis quote. Truly amazing. Very pleased. Will pay forward this great service to our friends and colleagues.

Fantastic customer service
Fantastic customer service. Had a query about the branding on my Kährs flooring and Luke was right on the case - had an email forwarded to me the next day from Kährs UK office assuring me I had the right product. The best price I could find on the flooring that I wanted and always someone at the end of the phone to help (I also had a question about installation that Luke totally resolved for me). Highly recommended.

Kens Yard ..... my order experience
John Lewis 4 weeks, CarpetRight 2 weeks but Kens Yard NEXT DAY for the same Kahrs wood flooring.
The icing on the cake ..... it was 20% cheaper.
