I submitted an enquiry via the webpage not expecting to hear back for a while (if at all, based on other websites). To my amazement Alex emailed me within a very few minutes. He suggested which item might be at fault, although it was out of stock for a few days. In a couple of days Alex emailed me again to say it was now in stock. My order arrived within two days and our mixer is now working perfectly.

Fantastic range of repair items and very fast shipping

This is a brilliant service. When my trusted Kenwood went bang and produced a plume of smoke I thought that was it, but I found this company via their website and now have my mixer back not only with a new engine, but also thoroughly cleaned and oiled.
The communication was excellent and the website was clear, even including instructions as to how to pack your mixer safely to prevent damage in transit.
I am so pleased with every aspect of the service and to have my mixer back working better than ever.

We own a 38 year old Kenwood Chef and the liquidiser base had jammed solid. Chef Restore provide a brilliant 'fix' which works perfectly. Forget Amazon - I ordered this at 3pm and it was handed to me next morning by local postman. Can now make Yorkshires properly again!!!

I'd been trying to book a full restoration with Kenwood Chef Restore for some months, but the 'paint shop' was closed due to lock-down, so I was delighted when my booking was accepted 5 weeks ago.

I dropped my 30 year old KM201 off in person, as we're not too far away, having specified a particular RAL number for the repaint. 4 weeks later, I collected a beautifully restored machine - better than new (and in red).

Suring the 4 weeks, there were a few emails exchanged - giving me updates on progress and asking if I wanted a new gearbox (yes, as the old one didn't support the new dough-hook).

The 'paint' is excellent quality - it's not paint, but powder-coating which lasts a lot longer. The top body of the mixer was changed from the plastic original to metal, motor overhauled, new chrome covers put on the outlets.

Very, very pleased with the work and the service.

I broke the glass bowl on my Kenwood kMix75, and was looking for a stainless steel bowl to replace it. Most web sites, that I came across, are unclear on the compatibility of the spares available for my machine, and either couldn't help, or didn't reply to my emails. Nor did it look as if I would have any product very soon.
However, I stumbled across Kenwood Chef Restore online, and not only did they have a stainless steel bowl in stock, but they made it quite clear that it was suitable for my machine.
2 working days after I ordered the bowl, it has arrived, and I can get back to my baking. Thank you, I shall be recommending you to my family and friends.

My Kenwood Mixer A701 gave up the ghost and was need of repair/revivial. I bought the machine in Singapore in 1962 and it had given me very reliable service.
It started to smoke and give off a burning smell, the motor was still turning, but erratically. I stopped using it immediately. I got in touch with Kenwood Chef Restore and they work miracles and bought it back to the machine I loved. Although originally thinking it was a large outlay on reflection it was money well spent. The company communications through Alex and the service by the engineers was second to none and would highly recommend them to anyone.
