I trusted my Mum's much loved Kenwood Chef Mixer to Kenwood Chef Restore for complete renovation. Everything about the service was first class from initial contact to returning my mixer in full working order. Alex's knowledge of all the various Kenwood models is extraordinary. My machine was returned in showroom condition and now works perfectly and is set to be used for many more years to come. I would not hesitate to recommend this Company.

Quite expensive but excellent job restoring old Kenwood to as new condition. Good range of accessories available too. Easy to deal with although they look busy.

I've used this company to source spare parts for my slightly 'tired' 1970's Kenwood Chef and my experience has been entirely positive.

I purchased their motor upgrade kit as part of the refurbishment of my machine and it is an exercise well worth doing, the machine is much quieter and has a lot more 'oomph' for heavier mixes.

I had some queries which were resolved almost immediately by e-mail - great company to deal with.

My Kenwood Chef had a faulty speed control knob, and Kenwood World's repair agents wanted £70 for an initial assessment. I contacted Kenwood Chef Restore Ltd and they were quick to respond to my email and extremely helpful in getting my mixer working again, and have saved me a lot of money.

Already twice I asked for non-announced parts, on their site, for my Kenwood Chef A701A repair, and without any firm promises from their own, they end up arranging me those, so I could proceed with my late mother's Kenwood Chef complete restoration. Thanks to them, it's almost ready!

Our family has been using KENWOOD mixers since the 1950's and as far as reliability and quality are concerned they are second to none. Recently having restored an early 1970's 701A I have consulted and used their Chef Restore team which came out tops. Not only did I receive excellent advice ( Alex thank you very much! ) and help, but their online store provided the parts and kits that I needed to repair my 40+ year old machine. It's tough to retire the old workhorse 701A, so I will certainly get a few more good years out of it. KENWOOD is my choice for mixers, as it was for my parents, now my children and most certainly for generations thereafter. Good show KENWOOD. DR-Geneva

Great communication, brilliant workmanship, I couldn't be happier

I am thrilled to have found this place. I was contemplating trying to repair my a901 myself as I couldn't find a local agent but it was oh so simple to follow instructions and send it off! It was back in a week going great. So much more satisfying than throwing away and buying a new one. Mind you I went for the upgrade and don';t know what to do with "Pulse" !

After three months of occasional use a plastic planetary gear cog for Kenwood Chef gave up. No satisfaction from this company whatsoever even though they were given the chance to make amends - their suggestion was I should buy one of their metal cogs (£15). I bought another chef on Ebay for £10 and got the metal gear out of that, surprise surprise all still good one year on. Do not buy from this company and especially do not buy nylon/plastic gears!!!

We saw the Kenwood Chef Restore web page and decide that our 40+year old was looking very old and tired. It was simplicity itself to organise the collection of our sad Kenwood Chef. We were pleasantly surprised with the cost and the turn round time. We were delighted when we open the package and saw what you had done to our mixer. It now lives on the worktop instead of being kept out of sight in a cupboard. Would highly recommend them to anyone whose mixer needs a new lease of life
