Just received some accesories and a new bowl for my old kenwood mixer. Very happy with customer service and thrilled that Kenwood Chef Restore ships worldwide!

My Kenwood Chef A901 of very nearly 40 years old, decided it wanted a rest and restore recently so once I'd come across this firm, off it went to Somerset for attention. Excellent communication, and after exactly 2 weeks, I have just received the mixer back complete with new motor, feet, moulded plug, and control knob. Great service and would definitely recommend. Many thanks to Mr Clark and his team.

I have been looking for someone to service my 20 year old Chef Major for a while and happened to read about Kenwood Chef Restore on Facebook. I opted to have a service and upgrade the motor, it is brilliant, more powerful and so much quieter too. When I collected my mixer I dropped off my Mother's 1967 machine, which had stopped working. After service and replacement of the nylon gears it's working again and sounds just like I remember when baking with Mum.

I ordered my Kenwood part on Monday and it arrived Tuesday this is not a new machine and I am very impressed with the service

My daughter bought herself a standmixer which came with standard glass bowl and was hankering for a stainless steel. Going online I came across these guys...made my enquiries, ordered on a Friday and the product arrived Saturday the next morning. How's that for sevice!

Restoration of my A701A Kenwood Chef was superb. Came back like new, quieter and more powerful. The on-line shop is excellent too. Plenty of spares stock and an intuitive ordering process. Delivery is also super fast. Highly Recommended!

Know the Company as: Kenwood Chef Service Limited. Our food mixer control switch clicked and instantly stopped working (after about ten years trouble free service). We considered purchasing a new machine with similar functions, but there are none currently available on the market. We decided to have it repaired, but could not find anyone who would do it cost effectively, until we stumbled on Kenwood Chef Service Limited on the internet. It was like striking gold. Effective communication with Alexander Clark of Kenwood Chef Service, quickly enabled our machine to be delivered, repaired & serviced and returned within a period of less than two weeks. We delivered and collected our machine in person to the Kenwood Chef Service address. When we collected the machine Alexander Clark explained what had been done, answered our questions and demonstrated the machine working. We highly recommend this Company, they are friendly, honest, efficient and charge a reasonable fee for their service.

I’m so glad I found Kenwood Chef Restore - our 40+ year old Chef liquidiser had given up the ghost or, to be more precise, the cutting blades & base had lefty’s down. We have used the mixer & liquidiser regularly for all these years so a little wear & tear is to be expected. I held little hope of finding a replacement when I came across this website - I was very surprised to find I could buy a new liquidiser and almost hit the button when I spotted the base only option. So for little over £25 I have a new base (slight redesign on the original eliminating the chance of the fault). It was very easy to fit too.
All this would have been a small miracle but the order & delivery service was the cherry on top. Ordered on Wednesday morning, delivered before lunch Thursday. I really couldn’t ask for a better service or product

Absolutely delighted to have my 37 year old Kenwood Chef back again working. It was a wedding present from a dear old family friend and hasn't been working for about three years but having been tasked with making a wedding cake for my son I decided to invest in having it mended.

Had a totally new motor upgrade and service and was kept informed and updated all the way by Alexander. Much easier and cheaper to despatch than I had worried about, thanks.

Excellent service - gave my vintage A701A a much-needed tune-up and service. Great communications throughout, and very prompt - ten days from me sending the machine off to receiving it back again. Highly recommended.

The customer service at Kenwood Chef Restore was amazing. Very swift and efficient, I can find no fault at all! I highly recommend this company as they will definitely take care of you and assist you with decision making.

I just wanted to let you know that my mixer was returned safely yesterday; I am absolutely delighted with it. The paintwork and finish to the chrome is superb, I haven't heard the motor sound as good as it does now, in all the thirty years that have passed since I inherited it. I feel confident that it will now go on for another thirty. I made a quick sponge cake last night to check it all out and everything is working beyond my expectations. Excellent communications with company throughout, from initial enquiry to return of restored and revivied mixer. I went for the full restoration with new paintwork and am not disappointed. Money well spent and an environmental 're-use' rather than buying a new mixer.

As a cake decorator and baker I needed this spare part urgently. Despite it being the weekend I had a reply to my email with an address for collection as I requested but also an assurance that the item could be delivered very quickly. I opted for delivery and I was not disappointed. I have received my new Kenwood beater, beautifully and safely packaged, ordered on Friday delivered by midday on Tuesday. Stunning service! (The Kenwood website was more expensive and closed all weekend!)

I ordered a replacement base for my ancient liquidiser which attaches to my old Kenwood Chef which was a wedding present 45 years ago. I had been hunting for one for years as the newer models with a plastic goblet are not as effective. I was delighted to find Kenwood Restore who dispatched the part immediately, well packaged and at a fair price. It arrived the next day and my liquidiser is back to life.

We sent our 1970's Kenwood Chef mixer to Kenwood Chef Restore. The white paintwork was scuffed and chipped and the motor had burnt out. We were not disappointed it was returned to us in lovely red paintwork to match our new kitchen. The motor had been replaced with a more powerful new one. The Mixer is now ABSOLUTELY STUNNING and is now a centre piece of our new kitchen.

From start to finish we received excellent service from Alex with regular email communications. There was some delay to the work due to problems with the paint company but we were kept informed AND given a discount on the cost of the renovation.

We took the opportunity to purchase new accessories for our rejuvenated mixer from the online shop and these were shipped free-of-charge with the mixer.

We can recommend Kenwood Chef Restore unreservedly and thanks to them now look forward to many more years of service from our mixer.
