I was keen for our car to arrive asap so often sent paperwork back to Charlie within minutes of receiving it. Charlie kept up with me and worked through the process like lightening. Received lots of emails prior to contract ending, but when it came to engaging, found them difficult to contact. No response to emails, always ‘in meetings’ and when the email finally came confirming acceptance of the contract by the finance company, the details were incorrect. Will not deal with them again.
