John, Charlie & Graham were incredibly helpful.

I didn’t end up going with the car last minute - but that is down to my own personal decision and not the company Key2Lease.

From the start they were extremely responsive, provided a personal service and their reviews speak for themselves.

They had the best offer on the market at the time for the BMW i4 in Brooklyn Grey too.

Highly recommend and when the time is right, I will be going to get mine and my partners car through Key2Lease.

Was looking to lease a new car for myself and found Key2Lease were offering the most competitive deals, upon enquiring about a particular car Charlie from there got back to me very promptly, he explained the various options open to me regarding the lease and throughout the process i could not have asked for a more friendly and professional service from anyone.
From enquiry until delivery and then after that checking i was happy, Charlie went above and beyond to ensure i was happy.

My first dive into finding a lease car started initially quite terribly, lease companies not getting back to me or withholding information that resulted in the quote eventually being way over my budget. I then, well my husband, came across keys 2 lease, we gave them a call, had a conversation with Charlie and realised this was how the process should go. He was so patient and listened to what we needed, came back with some great options, always responding swiftly to our questions. Charlie eventually found us a deal on a Peugeot 308, which we absolutely love. Charlie has made this experience so easy and I could not recommend him higher, I have given his details to family who, when ready, will also contact Keys 2 Lease!

John was fantastic from my first enquiry to the delivery of my fantastic lease car. He took me through step by step, answered any questions immediately and has been great with post care too.
Overall I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to lease a car!

Contact from the company was prompt and efficient, and they were proactive to secure and expedite my lease.
The downside delivery of the vehicle, which while I accept is out if their control, was a shambles.
The car was driven to me arriving at 7am (!) and I was handed 2 keys and asked where the nearest bus stop was. That was the intended handover. After a quick look round the vehicle for damage and a few questions the delivery driver was dropped off at the nearest bus stop. He demanded I sign 2 phone screens before leaving but refused to say what I was signing or let me read it, saying only it is to confirm delivery. I have since discovered that I should have been given details of the service plan, and information regarding a charge card etc. I got nothing, sadly, and Volvo refer me to the supplying dealership, whoever that was. The car says it needs a service in 18 months which should have been 'reset' by the dealer apparently. I wonder what else they didn't do??
All that said I would use Key2lease again, but refuse to sign anything until I had all the information and documentation I should have been given, even if it means not accepting the car.

I can't thank Key2Lease enough. Their customer service is second to none. They keep you informed throughout the whole process. So much so, this is the second lease I have had through them and will no doubt be back for a 3rd when this one comes to an end. Their pricing and process is great. If you have any concerns, put them to one side and get the transaction done!

Excellent overall experience with Key2Lease. I found a good lease deal online for MG4 electric vehicle with Key2Lease, from that point, Charlie was helpful in answering all of my questions. I had not had a lease car before, but found the whole process very efficient and easy to do, with short application forms to complete. Once the application was completed, I was kept well-informed on car delivery progress by Charlie and Graham. Then the brand new car arrived from fleet company in perfect condition, and car has been brilliant so far after the first month of lease.
