Despite stating speedy delivery with tracking info I am still waiting for the remainder of my order . Phone every day to be told " Tomorrow " still waiting. Always have to chase them . Very , very poor customer service . Still waiting for my handrails !!!!!!!!!

I ordered from Keyclamp Store as part of a project to improve safety in the attic. My order was promptly delivered with all the correct lengths of pipe and accessories. No complaints and would use again if I needed to complete another similar project

Used Keyclamp store many times and the products are solid and have never let me down. It’s that good I’ve made a Wisteria umbrella out of it, one very happy customer.

I wanted to leave a review, as I was almost put off ordering from Key Clamp Store after reading some of the negative reviews here. However, as they were cheaper than the other companies offering similar products we decided to risk it. We ordered a kit to turn a wooden table top into a table with scaffolding pipe legs. It was delivered quickly, all the parts were there, and we’re super happy with our new table.

I ordered 13 x 3m lengths of powder-coated tube, on 28/11/23. Only 12 arrived (over a month later) after DX lost one in transit. Product-wise, the tubing was of good quality and was well packaged but the powder-coating wasn’t the best, quite thinly applied and already damaged in a few areas. However, a bigger concern was the missing tube, which KeyclampStore promised to replace but for which I’m still waiting at 01/02/24.

Sadly, customer service can be patchy when something goes wrong. Emails may go unanswered for days so I have to resort to calling. When I do the sales staff are always approachable and helpful but I’ve been promised several delivery dates that haven’t materialised when chasing this, resulting in yet more delay. At present I'm wondering if I’ll ever see the rest of the order - if I do I’ll update.

Update:

Credit where it's due - two more stars added. The sales team have been absolutely on the ball in pushing through a replacement tube via the powder-coating facility and it finally arrived today. Communication has been great in this final chapter and I'm very grateful to the anonymous person in sales who has pursued this to the bitter end - thank you very much indeed, whoever you are.

Ordered and delivered. Not much more I can say. I think if I could I would give them 4.5 stars but only due to the fact they don't offer next day.

But apart from that they were responsive via chat as I THOUGHT my delivery was missing, but as it turned out it was FedEx confusing me with delivering two different deliveries from two different companies, same box sizes and using the same delivery photo.

Anyway, ordered Thursday 23rd and received Monday 27th so all good.

Having said that - if I can make a suggestion then please update the order status in the account when you ship and and provide tracking number. That would have eliminated the confusion :)

As it stands my order still sits as processing despite being delivered 2 days ago and with tracking number I could have checked myself.

Anyway, thanks. Will likely order again.

They never answer any phone call or email. Very late delivery and always something is missing.
One of the worst customer service I have ever seen in my life

The Trustpilot reviews here are not good reading, poor customer service, missing items, orders not delivered, refusing returns, no concept of consumers legal rights and customers resorting to legal action..........make of this what you will.

While most other web sites calculate the shipping cost at checkout this is not the case with KeyClamp Store. Instead, while waiting for delivery an e-mail is sent asking for more money to complete the order. By this stage my original payment has long ago been accepted.

So now I have the nightmare of trying to get my money back after doing nothing wrong. I had to escalate this up through the different stages with PayPal to get a refund.

The director seems to be making an effort to address these negative reviews some of which were made nearly 2 years ago. I expect most have now moved on from their traumatic experience.

Disgusting service please use a company with better reviews that will not waste your time.

Ordered 4 table frames from a few weeks back and was very happy with the service.

Everything arrived that was needed to build each frame and delivered in reasonable time

Good company, easy to deal with, helpful. Orders dispatched quickly. Can't fault them.

Then it all goes horribly wrong as soon as Tufnells get the job of delivering. My most recent order didn't arrive and previous ones were delivered haphazardly. Tube one day. Fittings the next or maybe Monday.

Get another courier, please! They're letting you down. Badly

I have bought a few items over the past years without any problems until recently. They said they delivered items ordered but there is no evidence to support their stance so I have paid for something and not received it. Unfortunately I am having now to take legal action against them for the recovery of my monies. Standards at this company have slipped.

BEWARE company will NOT follow the Consumer Rights Act. They seem to believe that if your items do not arrive and courier cannot provide any evidence of delivery they can withhold replacement or refund until they find the missing items. Terrible customer service, they won’t identify them self’s when asked and have no concept of a customers legal rights. Even when the law was explained to them and requested to ask their legal department they refused. DEAL WITH AT YOUR OWN RISK.

Was struggling with some of the fittings - so I gave them a call to help me decide which I needed. More than helpful!

Online, I ordered the fittings and 20-25 pieces of tube, all cut to size, and they arrived within 48 hours (as the website suggested!). Fittings are the real deal as well.

Ordered from Keyclampstore on a lot of occasions, every time a pleasant transaction. I started by using the website to order everything, but now, I call up and speak to the lads there who are more than helpful.

I was going to mark this review down as a 4 star, as tuffnells are a bit of a nightmare, but thats an issue for a review on them and not keyclampstore. I am happy to leave these guys 5 star, thank you.

Poor company with poor customer service.

I've ordered several times from this company, each time I've received incorrect or missing goods and each time I've had to force the company to put it right.

People on the end of the phone are unapologetic, unsympathetic and verging on rude with their lack of customer service skills.

If you want poorly packaged incorrect goods delivered late without any apology or attempt to put it right you've come to the right place.

Seriously go somewhere else not affliated with Pegasus aka Keyclampstore.com

Have attempted to send some unwanted items back, they have refused stating: "Due to this issues experienced with your order/the courier, we would've considered accepting returns from this order had you not posted such a review."

Made 6 small orders from this company" on each occasion I e/ mailed for advice. I was given helpful advice. Speedy delivery. Well packaged. Very competitive prices. Very pleased a company to be recommended "many thanks key clamp store. John Sayle. Tattenhall
