The experience of K Furniture was just amazing, all the staff in the Hayes store looked happy, that makes a difference to the customer. Extremely happy with the shopping experience. Friendly staff, good lighting, prices clearly displayed and also they have the option of finance plans. The products are of good quality specially considering the prices we paid.
Delivery was swift. Received a call from the driver to give us an estimated time which was helpful.

Visited the Hayes Branch recently and ordered high gloss bedroom furniture. Kam looked after us, was really helpful and knowledgeable, and gave me a great deal, much cheaper than I was able to get online!
Better still we had delivery same week and the quailty of the goods were amazing and well packaged. I certainly will be back to buy all my furniture from K Furniture - Keep up the good work!
PS Ignore any of these bad feedbacks, they are always after something for nothing. Visit the shop and find out for your self.

The whole staff of this Furniture store is very very friendly. In the course of interaction while purchasing and doing business with them I developed family relations with them. Products are highly durable and very much price competitive. Delivery and after sales are all on time and more than expected.

Dont bother buying from here . To sell you something they guarantee a date and then delay it big mis selling and then hide behind their terms . Disgusting . Their products also expensive explains why place is quiet because clearly rip people off. Sent them an email and they replied with a usual poor response. Have told everyone not to go here . Unless you want to pay for bad quality and over priced products. Purchased from Hayes Branch

It does not matter when item brought it is under a year old . They sell under pretence that item be guaranteed ready to collect on a certain date and even staff apologised for not calling . Like I said if you want to be ripped off and sold bad quality products this is the place and if you want to be sold with bad customer service this is also the place. This company has opportunity to put things right but has failed to do so . I also gave the store my number to call me back when i made the complaint in store again they failed to do so .

I bought 4 chairs and glass table from K furniture, chairs didn’t last 5 years and we bought 5 years insurance and when chairs
became damaged. The Insurance Company castelan group has refused to come and replace or repair the 4 chairs.
On my experience my advice is don’t buy from K furniture and don’t get Castelan Insurance, It’s up to you what to take my advice, when the Insurance company will not replace or repair your damaged furniture.
