Simply don't care. Tried to buy the car there, indifferent, not helpful in any way, so went elsewhere. Tried booking an official warranty repair there, given unrealistic wait times, months in the future, even in an emergency situation.
I'm sure they're busy and don't need the new business, so I guess I'll just help them in that regard.
Bought a 3 year old Kia with low mileage. Have had 3 breakdowns so far even though i get it serviced right on the dot when due. The last breakdown was last week. They are now insisting Its up to me to get the broken down car from Wicklow to dundrum as they have closed all nearby Kia service stations and pay for it out of my own pocket. In a time when money is tight I chose a Kia as I believed in there claim that there cars were reliable and there customer service was good. Sadly I'm finding none of this is true.
Easy to buy a car but good luck with any issues that come up the second you leave the lot.

My experience with Kia Dundrum is overall positive as I got my car in less than 2 months and it is working fine so far. Less positive the experience with the sale guy Ruarc. From the 1st moment he did not sound very polite to me, even bothered to show me the vehicle while choosing it. He called asking me to collect the car asap not considering the most suitable day for me which I thought wasn't professional way of dealing with the customer buying a car. When after agreeing collection date over an email, I came to the showroom the car wasn't ready and had to wait 2 hours without even proper apologies. He said that after a week from collecting the car he would reach out to me checking in if all good, I am still waiting! Long story short, I recommend Kia Dundrum, just avoid dealing with this guy and his fake cheeky smile!
