Good quality bed, the installation not so good quality. We payed for the installation service. We had a freshly decorated room which now has dents in the wall. The bed has screws and parts not installed quite correctly.
The installation team built the bed then said they could not move it into position as it was too heavy so we had to ourselves.
All in all happy with the bed but installation could have been better.

Very happy with Kidsbedsonline purchase. The ladies in the service centre were wonderfully helpful, and the two guys who came to fit the bed couldn’t have been nicer. The bed itself has been a great success, really good quality and exactly what we were looking for.

I used the assembly service but the installation isn’t very nice. The beds are very squeaky and the cabinet’s doors are not straight. Also, the drawer’s handle detached which I need to glue it

Great service from start to finish. They let me change the delivery date with no issue. The product is high quality and although it's the usual faff with building flat pack furniture it was actually pretty straightforward.

Easy purchase, great delivery booking arrangement. Bed lovely quality, very solid. Took 2 guys about 5 hours to put together but the bed was a complex gaming bed so that was expected. Looks fab!

The delivery service from the supplier wasn't so good. Tedious method of them giving a provisional date which you had to confirm whether or not is convenient. Despite me declining the first time and saying I couldn't do Mon-Wed deliveries due to work commitments, they then gave me 2 further dates which fell on a Mon/Tues/Wed. I did ask for a call to arrange a date over the phone rather than the backwards and forwards of emails but they never called.

On the delivery day, the bed arrived over a hour after the allocated delivery slot. I appreciate there are factors due to traffic etc which are outside their control, but it was frustrating to not even have a courtesy call to say they were running late. I did call the office who said she would get the driver to call me, but the didn't.

I ordered the Coast mid-sleeper bed in white for my 5 year old daughter. This was my first experience using this company. I would NOT use kidsbedsonline again due to my poor experience with the delivery. It was very unsettling and caused me a lot of worry as only half the bed arrived. I had to wait in all day from 8-6 with NO time slot. Not ideal during the summer holidays. Tracking is non existent and misleading. The delivery man from DX was not particularly friendly and I questioned if there should be another box as I thought it seemed a bit small. I contacted kidsbedsonline and although I was able to get through to someone they weren’t very professional and were quite defensive, implying it’s not uncommon for split deliveries and I should be grateful it arrived so soon given the fact I live in Somerset and the bed was coming from Huddersfield! I then took it upon myself to contact the manufacturer Kidsaw. Callam’s communication was more reassuring but then it was just a waiting game. Two days later the other box appeared. The box was tatty and grubby looking. I was relieved the actual bed inside was not damaged. I would not want to try and return it if there had have been any damage. Read the terms and conditions was all I was met with! On a positive note I really like the bed but I would recommend purchasing from somewhere like John Lewis as when things go wrong it’s much easier to sort. The Coast midsleeper is well made and easy to put together. Just be careful where you shop and consider the distance of where you are based compared to the company you are purchasing it from. I was lucky in the grand scheme of things.

I purchased 2 Mont Blanc Highsleeper beds and the whole service was exceptional all round 👍 and the bed are great quality so far and my boys love them .

I’d forgotten to order the clip on shelf to my order. I phoned them with the number on the website and they quickly sent me a link to add this. The person on the phone was polite and very helpful.

Ordering process was quick and straightforward. The order is passed directly to the manufacturer so further comms come from them. Saying that, the whole process was quick and everything arrived exactly when stated.

We are absolutely thrilled with the quality of our Parisot Mid-sleeper. Kids Beds online helped facility the order smoothly and efficiently. Due to stock we did wait at least 4 weeks for the bed, however this was made clear to us from the start. Thankfully we paid for it to be built/installed as unfortunately, there were some integral parts missing so the build couldn’t be completed. The installers were wonderful, they took photographs and altered head office straight away. The issues was rectified and the build complete within 48 hours. Although we had a few hiccups, the service and professionalism of the company was faultless.

The bed we ordered arrived within a week, the team at beds on line were extremely helpful with my questions I had ahead of the delivery.
The team who delivered and fitted the bed were fast, tidy and very professional.

We initially made contact via the livechat on the website and the customer service agent was very helpful in explaining the details they held on stock of a bunk bed that we were interested in. Once we ordered, we received a very speedy response the next day to update us and let us know that the bed should be back in stock within 2-3 weeks and gave us the option to pre-order to guarantee the bed or cancel if we didn't want to wait. Once in stock, we were contacted as to when we would like the delivery and everything was smooth from there.

We ordered the Billie Midsleeper. Delivery was on time and all as expected. The bed itself is great quality, really solid, loads of storage and was significantly cheaper than other places we looked. Very happy!

We ordered a Pluto Midsleeper great service very quick and super efficient and very competitively priced! Ordering was simple online and we received updates every step of the way, selected our delivery dates easily & the delivery time was very quick.
Our daughter is thrilled with her new bed and so are we.

We found a bed we were able to pay in installments which made things alot easier. Within a few days we could pick a delivery date,we actually needed to wait for carpets to be fitted so it was a couple of weeks from ordering. The instructions were very clear and easy to read,so no arguments during building haha. I am very impressed with the finished result its very well built and strong and sturdy. I would definitely buy from this company again.

Lovely bed, fast delivery. This is my 2nd bed I’ve ordered from here and both time I’ve been been pleased.

Quick delivery and plenty of email correspondence so never at any point got worried that there may have been any issues .
