Bought a KK duellette 4 months ago. Lovely double pram! Simple and smooth. No problem until one of the plastic rear wheels became buckled for no apparent reason. £80 for replacement rear wheels is pretty steep if i’m going to have to replace them every few months. Next day delivery was a bonus

Kids Kargo’s customer service is outstanding! Their products are great quality, practical and value for money. Every product we have purchased has been perfect for our twins and makes our lives simpler when taking them out and even at home. The carry cot and rocker stand work well as a bed for newborns and when they are older the seats will be just as useful. I would highly recommend Kids Kargo to everyone with children.

Very easy to Set up and small in size but very useful

Was very pleased when this arrived it was better than expected. A sturdy well built carriage and space used very well to accommodate newborn and toddler. Easy to put up and collapses to fit in the car also. Raincover was included I wasn’t sure from the ad

Bought the car adapters works well with a maxi cozi car seat.

Great service from kids kargo. Next day delivery, had to contact customer services due to an issue with the frame and they sent a replacement straight out for next business day delivery. Can not fault the service we received or the quality of the product.

So reasonable. Very quick delivery. Easy to assemble. Good amount of room between the 2 bassinets thanks to the attachments, unlike other brands. Appears extremely sturdy. Still awaiting the arrival of my twins to test it out properly but was very easy to manoeuvre around the house!

I cannot express how many times I’ve asked for my refund after the company organising a return for a pram I purchased but couldn’t fit in my car. It was unused and agreed in advance of a full refund - months later of frequent asking STILL NO REFUND! Yet when I wanted to purchase initially I had almost immediate responses, now I’m just ignored and they have the pram and my money!

Fast delivery service can next day every thing that was ordered was there and professionally packed excellent service.
