I absolutely loved everything I bought

I absolutely loved everything I bought. I got a pair of jeans and a jacket, and both were super high quality and exactly the edgy aesthetic I was looking for. The jacket did take quite a while to arrive (which might make you wonder why I’m giving 5 stars), but honestly their customer service completely made up for it. They responded to me almost immediately and even let me swap the jacket for different pieces that I wanted instead, which I really appreciated.

The replacement items were amazing, fit great, and felt very well made. Overall, this is a fantastic company with great service and really unique clothing. I would definitely recommend them to anyone going for a gothic or edgy style.

The quality is horrible

The quality is horrible. Cheap Chinese crap. If you want to return you have to pay for shipping back to China . And I’m even more frustrated because you can’t even send it back. I have to pay for shipping back to China and fill out some customs forms. Is unbelievable. My worst shopping experience of almost 300 euro… They will also ask you to declare false value which is illegal and sender is responsible for that

Very Difficult Return Process - Proceed With Caution

I returned multiple clothing items to Kiikio, paying over $50 to ship the return to Guangzhou, China. Even with tracking and proof of shipment, the company claimed only one item arrived and suggested the package “may have split.” After they refused to refund the full amount, I had to open a dispute with my credit card company.
A refund was eventually issued, but Kiikio still deducted money from the amount owed.
Customers should be aware that returning items to this company can be difficult and may require strong documentation and follow-up.

Return shipping nightmare…

I really wanted to love shopping with Kiikio because the quality of the clothes is actually really good for the price. The pieces feel well-made, and their customer service is fast and responsive when you reach out.

However, the return process is a complete nightmare.

They offer free shipping when you order, but if you need to return anything, you’re responsible for the return shipping — which in my case cost almost as much as my $100+ refund. On top of that, there’s an additional $25 customs fee that also gets deducted. By the time everything was calculated, I was basically losing my entire refund just to send two pants back.

All I wanted was a size exchange, but there wasn’t a reasonable way to accommodate that without losing most of my money. At that point, it would’ve made more sense to just place a new order instead of returning.

Great quality and responsive service — but the return policy ultimately lost a customer. Be very careful with sizing because returns are extremely costly and not practical.

I HAVE BEEN SCAMMED FOR 300 DOLLARS

DONT RECOMMENT THIS WEBSITE ITS A SCAM!! I do not really want to describe all stuff in a long paragraph, but i wrote huge paragraph to paypal, but there ill try to keep it short and clean. by the way I still has not been refunded, my next step is to chargeback my bank for a refund for not received items.

all started on nov 11, 2025 i ordered couple shirts from different stores and basically frogot about it, all those stores sent me my clothnes within 2-3 days, however kikio didnt sent it since december.. I was contacting them basically daily, but they still was saying "We prioritirized the order." and still nothing. After another couple weeks they finally sent it, however instead of 6 shirts I got only 2 in this package (they still said i got 3) also there was a problem with GOFO (their stupid carrier) they was "near my house" and once they sent me message i went outside, and there was NOBODY, another times they didnt even contact me AT ALL. okay but its not the full story. next time they sent other clothnes with same carrier, same problem and the carrier (I hope they go bankrupt ) SENT THOSE ITEMS BACK TO KIIKIO, then we decided to go with a USPS carrier, and on jan 4 or something those clothnes were sent to me. on jan 20 they "ARRIVE" I got notification for usps that my items were delivered at 7:30 PM, i went outside, and saw NOTHING at my door. I went around my house couple times, still saw nothing. After around 10-30 minutes I went outside again, still nothing. At this time I already has filled paypal case, bcs it been around 3 months since i placed the order, I asked kikio like bruh wtf, why I did not get anything? "YOUR PACKAGE BEEN DELIVERED" I asked for signature, photo or anything, they said "CARRIER CANNOT PROVIDE THEM" time I filled USPS case for missing mail, and past probably a week since I did that, for now there is no updates, I hope ill get my package, but i dont think theyll find my mail. PAYPAL REFUSED REFUNDING MY MONEY, JUST BECAUSE THEY PROVIDED A TRACKING NUMBER, DO NOT USE KIIKIO OR PAYPAL, BASICALLY WORST COMBO EVER!!

I DO NOT recomment use kiikio or paypal either, i dont care will my paypal account be banned or not but I WILL refund my money. I worked hard for.

WORST QUALITY

I’ve bought a pair of jeans and a shirt from this brand. All started on December 20th. The order arrived in two different packages and it took more than a month to arrive.
Terrible quality, really bad manufacture. THE PRODUCTS DON’T LOOK LIKE THE ONES IN THE PICTURES. I’m really disappointed.
I contacted them, the service was really bad.

I tried to return the order but after all I also had to pay for the expedition (45€ in duties and everything).

One thing from my order was a wrong item I didn’t order so i sent email and they sent me the right item and let me keep the wrong one. Clothes are great, comfortable and fit me and my partner nicely. Communication with Kiikio is also good.
