Customer service is neat, but...

No complaints when it comes to the customer service, Mateen was an absolute doll to talk to very polite, and always well articulated.
The real problem comes to the products, and the amount of time it took for them to arrive.
I bought both my orders at the same time, a Roadhog Hook, and two bracelets. I wrote to the customer service about a size change and was informed the hook I ordered was out of stock, but I could get the metal one. Fine with me.
The hook arrives after a month, and looks like the image, but seems to have scratches and indents, even though the packaging looked just fine.
The bracelets both arrived well about three months after order date. Now, I'm a patient man, but when the only good thing I have to say about bracelets is "The rope is nice" we've got a problem.
The images of Junkrat and Roadhog look like they've been printed from a cheap printer, and unfortunately, there's dirt in the resin in both of them. The rope is closed off weird on both bracelets, and despite ordering an 18 cm long bracelet, after measuring with the lock I've found it's around 20-24 cm long instead.

Severely disappointed, and definitely not shopping there again. The only reason it's raised to two stars is the customer service.

Great customer service!

Even I can not yet profit from the services from Kill Ping (just realized that after I've signed up for a 2 Year subscription) my experience with the customer service was amazing. My subscription got canceled immediately without any problems (but after clarifying the exact situation for me and clarifying if there are any other options). So I really look forward for the moment when Kill Ping will have their service expanded to PS4 and / or specific Routers. Thank you!

Great customer service

I didn't get an order confirmation which worried me a little but when I emailed them I got a really quick response and the item was with me in just a couple of weeks, really good quality too.

I am very impressed by this company

I am very impressed by this company. My item was delivered around the time frame they said it would be. It was in great condition upon arrival. Customer service was amazing. I just hope they improve the timing with which the customer service responds to queries and also to give out a better tracking system (because I had to contact customer service to find out about tracking due to it randomly stopping tracking on their native site).

I loved the customer service

I loved the customer service and the bracelet arrived and was in great condition. The only problem I had was I never got an email letting me know my order shipped and I could track it. I had to email the company to get that info. Other than that everything was great. Very friendly and prompt customer service. The best I have ever received from a company. I will definitely be ordering from them again

Best Customer Service 😍

I ordered two bracelets from Kill Ping, both were great quality and arrived when they said they would! I had issues with my tracking number when I ordered though, and had to email customer support, normally I would prefer to call, but as they didn't have a number listed I had to email. Mateen was so quick to check into my issues and get it resolved, though, that I didn't mind at all! They also followed through with me all the way up until I received my package! I wish I had this experience with every company! ❤️❤️
