Dont hesitate to book your trip with Kilroy Re-breath. I had the best experience free-diving in Indonesia. The instructors were very knowledgeable and kind. Even though free-diving could seem like a daunting task at times you felt very safe with the instructors. The yoga and meditation made the free-diving so much better.

Meg at Kilroy has been nothing but amazing throughout my booking, she was super attentive and patient with me! Would highly recommend to anyone who needs a hand booking their trip.

I travelled with Kilroy to Melbourne the 28th of October and arrived the 29th, with the activity week starting the 30th. The activity week was wonderful and we saw everything, awesome! Sofia from Kilroy helped me with every step through the planning and all required information with fast responding through email. If you're thinking about going, then do it, and Kilroy is a really good company to help you with it, according to me!! :)

Perfect preparation of travel, always taking into account our requirements and personalities. Surf camp, flights, hotels and touristic information prepared and received with incredible professionalism and care. Emma from Kilroy Netherlands was great all the time.

Unfortunately our flight, booked via Killroy, was cancelled by Lufthansa 1 hour before departure
I contact Kilroy about this and within a few hours we get the info that the money will be refund and we can book a new flight to Vietnam

Tried to buy 4 tickets from Amsterdam to China. The initial price started off around € 4,500. Whenever I tried to confirm my purchase the website prompted me that it was not possible to book my tickets and, of course suggested a slightly more expensive option. When I tried to confirm that, I received the same message. We did this a couple of times until the price climbed up to € 6,000. Feels like a scam

My friend and I booked Kilroy to plan our world trip, because we didn't feel, that we had the time and know-how to do it ourself. At first we were skeptical, but after our first meeting with our travel agent, Casper Bjerregaard, it was clear, that this was the way to go. Casper planned the trip exactly like we wanted it, and put planes together, to save money, that we could have never by ourselves.
During the journey, we wanted to book a trip in Vietnam, but didn't know which one to go with. We contacted Casper, and he knew exactly the partner to cantact, and booked the trip for us.
Furthermore, their service is really cheap.
If you're planning a more complex journey, with multiple countries, Kilroy is the way to go.

Great customer service in general. Got a refund from Emirates through them. Offered diffeent alternatives when emirates rescheduled my flight. Overall pretty happy eith this company. Will use them again, and my experience took away my initial worries of booking through this OTA.
They defended my interests at Emirates well.

Their communication is perfect, they are clear and they provide just perfect service, regarding VISA services, but also when booking a trip. I would book at Kilroy again. Their website shows the wrong prices again and again. I thought they would fix the problem and waited for a week, but sure enough, same thing keeps happening.

very sorry to give a 1. I have tried to process a booking many many times and it just doesn't get through. I was told it is because of a new booking system, but after the problems were supposed to be solved - I still couldn't make a booking. On the positive: last time I had a good experience with the booking.

Did a combo tour set up by an agent which started with a 8 day luxury sailing in Croatia and followed by a 5 day coastal tour in Montenegr0 I was traveling with my 16 year old son and this was his birthday trip and my agent was quite aware of this, still he booked us a room with a single large bed in Split our first stop before the sailing so there we had to spend the night sharing a bed. The actual cruise was quite nice and this is something I would defenitly reccomend. When we came to our next leg on the other hand we were transported with the cheapest possible bus over to Monte Negr0 and there we had 5 nights on random backpacker cheap filthy guesthouses where we shared beds with each others and restrooms with other guests, this is fine in it self when you are traveling under those conditions and perhaps on your own or with friends or partners, but not with your kid. And when you book a combo tour with a luxury cruise ship and from there you are sent to the cheapest guesthouses available on location it is just so out of tune with what you are expecting and what you believe you are buying. I work in sales myself and I just dont understand how a agent can combine these two trips and not look into the accomidations in the second part, talk about not reading the room. Also we were never given detailed information regarding the accomidations and we were missing vouchers for most of everything the whole time. Our agent was young and arrogant and eager to sell but reluctant to service the sale afterwards. We paid around 1.400 euros for the Monte Negr0 part but on site we got receipts from the activities totaling to around 300 euros in actual costs.

Kilroy office in Norway has been great, and I really appreciate it!
Our flight schedules have been changed/cancelled by the airlines sereval times, and Kilroy has always offered prompt help. The customer service always answers my phone calls.

My sons got tickets to Sweden with SAS via Kilroy. Their flight is in risk of being cancelled because of a strike. SAS offers their custumers to change their bookings without any extra cost. But if you have bought your tickets via travelling agent you have to go through them. Thats were our problem began. Kilroys online department does not answer many phonecalls so my sons could not change their tickets. Terrible service.

Due to Corona our trip to South Africa was cancelled. SAA almost got bancrupt, and after a restart was only flying in Africa, and no more flights to Europe. So we were stuck with two business class tickets, that couldn't be used. Kilroy gave us the information that it might be possible to get vouchers. After a little fight with SAA, we got those but we still couldn't use them for flying to Sout Africa. And then, halleluja to Kevin, we got a message form Kilroy that they could refund us the vouchers in Euro's!! Within a day ( after 27 months!) we have our money back! Thank you Kevin, thank you Kilroy!!!!!!!!
