While the quality is good and they are quick to ship, the customer service and ability to help is poor and unhelpful. When orders are placed by accident, even if you email minutes after to cancel the order, they will only respond after the order has been shipped, so that it is no longer cancellable.

Bag went bobbly very quickly. Did comment below their adverts to say this but no reply. Kind by name but not by nature, unfortunately. Great looking bag but not durable at all. Shame.

I ordered a lunch bag which was broken on delivery , I emailed the company several times with no response . I am now left with an unusable item with no way of replacing as the company have not responded to any messages. So disappointing as I was really looking forward to using this lunch bag .
I would steer clear of this company unless you are a big company who can offer them corporate collaborations !!! So disappointing

Love this back pack! It’s a perfect size for handbag gubbins plus water bottle and useful pockets for organising stuff. Gorgeous summer colour too.

The design of this bag is amazing - it swaps from bag to rucksack in seconds without effort. It is comfortable as both. Light to carry, stylish. The inside pockets are spacious and yet are not bulky so the bag keeps its shape. Everything has been so well thought out. Most important I could access everything I put into it easily, just because of the design.

Yes really love this bag - I love the simplicity and that it’s zipped straight across the top and the magnets the close it when rolled down . It’s a very good size you could definitely use the large one for a weekend away - I’m actually thinking that I could travel for a week away with this and a cabin bag and have loads of room and not have have to pay to check a suitcase when flying overseas

Tempted to buy the medium sized one - it’s also waterproof which is great

I bought this bag because it is made with recycled material and I like the structure of it, which makes it a decent looking bag for my commute to work. I have just started using it, but right away I am noticing that the magnets don't hold the roll-top down, which also makes the bag seem a bit shapeless. I wouldn't mind having a shoulder strap which would give me the option of wearing it two ways, useful for standing in crowded trains.

First purchase from kind bag London, will be my last. Lunch bag was pricey but looks very cheap and shoddy as stitching on the front label of bag is wonky and has a thread, also this label is creased. Very noticeable as it’s right on front if lunchbag

The large has been bought as a beach bag for a family holiday. Not had the chance to test it out yet but definitely appreciate the size of this. I struggled to find something big enough elsewhere.
