Having bought my 1st Kind bag about a year ago I'm getting concerned for myself as I think I'm obsessed! I now have the best shopping bag collection ever. When I pack my shopping in the supermarket its a riot of colour & design I LOVE them 😍

Fantastic bags, good quality and nice range of prints. Especially like that they are 100% recycled. Will certainly be buying more.

The large has been bought as a beach bag for a family holiday. Not had the chance to test it out yet but definitely appreciate the size of this. I struggled to find something big enough elsewhere.

I put in an order over a week ago and it hasn't been sent. I've emailed customer service (they don't have a phone number) and my emails haven't been responded to. I've also messaged them on facebook but no reply. I think the company is legitimate, but this is extremely worrying as I spent a lot!

Lovely bags with great designs. Just wish they were made in Britain.

First time buying from Kind bag but doubt it will ge my last.
I bought the large tote in the beautiful green.
It's very spacious and very well made with strong handles which are a good length.
When I use this bag it really cheers me up.
I'd love a slightly smaller version to take to work.
Very quick delivery too.

I’ve just bought my second rucksack. I love that it is made from recycled bottles and it also looks great and is hard wearing. My first one lasted three years with daily use for work and outings too.

I absolutely adore my kind bag due to the high quality and huge capacity inside for shopping.
They are so pretty and very eye catching.
I love the fact that they are made from recycled plastic bottles.

The bags are so small to pack away but HUGE at the same time, holds like 3 plastic bags worth of groceries if not more with EASE!

Very pleased with the items I ordered, they were delivered quickly and in good condition.

I bought the 16" laptop sleeve from Selfridges and I'm very happy with my purchase. One of the earlier reviews spoke of the metal fastenings scratching the laptop on the interior; this has now been fixed. My 15.6" Asus Vivobook is a snug fit.

I ordered a lunch bag two weeks ago and received an email to say would be delivered on 8th Feb, but still not arrived and 19th Feb today. I reached out by email and got a response from Nathan to say should be there by Monday (two days ago now) but if not, to get back in touch. I have emailed again twice and no response. Either send me a replacement ASAP or give me a refund. Not impressed and will never purchase from this company again. Customer service is non existent. Just fobbed off. Clearly been lost as tracking still says in Gatwick and I live in Belfast. Been saying that for last 2 weeks. So annoying!!!!

Bought a laptop bag before Christmas and realised it was the wrong size as soon as I saw it, so returned it and ordered another one. The return could not be refunded because there was a tiny tear in the cardboard packaging which had not been there when I returned it. Kindbag's advice was either pick it up from the warehouse or they would 'recycle it' for me - what a waste of a perfect bag, not very kind to the customer and certainly not 'preserving the environment'. I picked it up and will take to a charity shop so someone can get some joy!

Great ethos and fabulous product. I have the large back pack in blue. I take it everywhere, it’s so lightweight, and makes a great bag to take the gym. I always use it as my cabin baggage. Love this brand.

I've bought 8 bags now, for self + presents. Great designs, pack up in a conveniently small pouch & prompt delivery.
I've had my original bag for years & it's been washed & travelled with me to many countries.
Love the ethical background to the manufacture of the Kind Bags & can't resist another order.... 🙂
