It was started with just the seeds of an idea. 2003 - in the humble surroundings of London's East End.

‘Streetwear’ as we know it, didn’t exist. Owning and starting a brand was reserved for corporations and the privileged few. Our aim – to change that. To create a British streetwear brand that set the standard and upheld the culture.

We had zero fashion knowledge and even less money. Our education came from underground UK music, design and skateboarding. The sacrifices were real, but the vision was always clear.

No days off; learning from scratch; hustling the sales; putting everything back into the brand; keeping things moving to pay the rent.

June 2003 – KING launched its first collection.

Our immersion in the culture led to collabs with emerging music artists of the time, including Plan B and Wretch32 as well as pioneering partnerships New Era and Starter, developing a global reputation as a leader in streetwear culture.

Since day one the brand has remained independently owned with the HQ still located in the manor, Stratford E15. From packing boxes in bedrooms, KING is now sold and distributed globally on five continents and online at king-apparel.com

The best clothing in the way of quality for reasonable pricing.
Love king products I find myself buying hoodies for my friends for birthdays and always see them wearing it.

Great items. Little too small though across the order. Suggest to people they order a size up even if inches on size chart are right, still came up tight. But such good quality

I purchased lots of items online

I purchased lots of items online, but the hat that I bought was too small! I had to pay to return it and I wasn't able to get my money back because the item was on 'sale'! It wasn't my fault that the hat was too small, it was a standard size, but still, my request on having my money back was denied! So I was just offered a store credit instead, now I will be forced to buy more items up to £50 in order not to get charged for delivery costs! Sorry, I think it's not nice what you do to your new customers, especially during these extraordinary times! I'll rather bring my business somewhere else!
Response: Well I'll be more accurate if you promised to be more upfront, you never mentioned that you'll be covering the returns for an exchange! And still penalized customers if the item doesn't properly fit, we the customers will have to cover the costs of returning the item! Also what happened with Consumers Rights, we should be able to return any item in perfect condition for full refunfd if not happy with purchase!

The price of the item that you purchased in the sale was £18 and we already offered to cover the shipping if you choose an exchange. Oscar, without going back and forth, the terms and conditions are clearly stated on the website. We do not and never have offered free returns. This is clearly stated on the returns and shipping section. An email was sent to you earlier today regarding covering shipping for an exchange on this occasion. Please check your email. Your original shipping was free. Even if you did pay nominal shipping for an exchange (which you are not) your item would still be 25% off RRP. The exchange/credit option still stands as does the goodwill gesture for shipping.
