Good quality and lasted longer than expected

Absolutely gutted this company has closed down. I’ve been wearing their gear for years. Always had good service and good quality products.

Hopefully they will start up again at some point.

This company communicates based on sustainability, but they don’t pay to their suppliers .
They just make joke with the factories hard work.

Let me down on an urgent order (birthday present) blamed the computer for not putting the order through even though I had the confirmation email and had paid high fee for next day delivery.
Offered a solution but it was a poor alternative.
Lesson learned.
Will not use again.

Made an order on 14th October, it is now the 1st November and delivery has still not been made.

Been told some waffle that there has been a supplier delay caused by them going over to an automated packing system - I have ordered six different items - so go figure when on their own website they say orders are being processed as normal and for UK delivery all orders are leaving as normal.

Ordered sandals on may 2nd 2024 and still have not received them. E mailed them 3 times and got no reply Absolute strokers

Ordered a top and still haven’t received after two weeks. He dosent reply when I message him nor give tracking number

Been buying from King a bit but upon finding a Made in China label, I'm not sure why would I support the brand, as I thought the clothes were made in the UK. Just another fast-fashion brand with no integrity. I emailed them to raise this concern but no one got back to me

First class. Have had 2 orders from King, great quality products and delivered quickly. Had to send something back and exchange no problem and sent out and had it back within a few days. Absolutely fantastic and I’ll be back for more.

Very nice hoodie super warm and luxury fabric! Really pleased with it - I am normally a small but sized up for an oversized look, the medium was still slim though….

Bought a tracksuit, shorts and tee-set a while back which is still looking fresh. Great fit and comfy as you like!

Customer service has always been on point and items have always arrived on or before the times stated. Sales and discounts are frequent too so you get great value for money.

Waiting on an oder to arrive today for a pair of combats. No doubt they'll top notch too.

Ordered my package from USA, no issues with DHL or shipping. Very high quality clothes, already looking forward to my next order batch.

There was a mix-up from the distributor on the size sweatshirt I had ordered. Although it was past the 2 week return policy, I emailed King Apparel with my order number and the date ordered and the issue and they were VERY quick to apologize and make everything right. GREAT customer service!
