No problems what so ever first class

Ordered a sample of material for a vertical blind. It arrived promptly, I was happy with the colour and I was able to order the complete blind. It came as promised, within 5 working days, and fitted perfectly despite my worries about ordering online from a company I had never used before. All great so far so why only 4 stars? Well I also needed a Perfect Fit Venetian blind for another window but despite ordering samples on their contact form, and then again over the phone, I have still not received any. This is a real shame as I would like to order another blind but need to check colour samples first. I have emailed the company about this but have had no response as yet. I fear they may be losing potential customers if this happens a lot. As it happens, I know that they supply good quality blinds at good prices and will hopefully receive my samples so that I can order again.

I would say make sure you get someone to measure the window you want the blinds for,who has had them themselves.The blinds are just has was described and after ordering it was not long before they were delivered .
