Always a great experience buying from Kirton, both in person and remote. The item I purchased was a mystery box.

It was dispatched promptly, packaging was excellent and the value of the mystery box was more than I had anticipated. This was my first mystery box purchase and was very happy with the result.

I order stuff, they get it for me. I always pick up from the store because then I get to play a game there as well. Staff are friendly and have never bitten me even once. They also know stuff.

Awful service, awful customer service, would never use again

In response to their reply, it all boiled down to communication, which was appalling! Customers can maybe understand issues if that basic timely communication exists, which it didn’t in this instance. My review is not unfair at all, and attempting to regain some grace by saying they offered me a substantial good will gesture is underhand in the least- 20% off any further orders is hardly that 😡 The fact they thought I would ever use the company again after such poor service and communication this time is astonishing and shocking

Been over 3 weeks waiting for delivery and when it finally turned up it was someone elses order. Still haven't received mine

My delivery was delayed by a couple days due to the supplier (GW) sending it late, but Kirton Games gave excellent communication, and a voucher to make up for the delay. The delivery itself was quick and arrived well packaged, the price was great. Overall A+ service and wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

I pre-ordered a couple of items that were very popular, having filled out an expression of interest form in them a few days before. I wasn’t expecting this, but as I’d filled out the form, they actually set aside the items for me, and gave me the best part of a week to make my decision on buying them or not once the pre-orders were live. This took all of the usual stress out of the limited pre-order process, and was really fantastic service. They then followed up this service with great communication regarding supplier delays. So ultimately, you couldn’t deal with a better games shop!
