Hi Debbie, your item went out of stock with our supplier which is an unfortunately an incident out of our control and supply issues are endemic across the industry at the moment. When you got in touch we refunded the item. We did supply the parts of your order that were in stock. We refunded when you got in touch. We have limited agency with suppliers which I appreciate is frustrating but we take them at their word. T
Very Poor Service
Delivery was supposed to be by 23rd December. The game I ordered as a Christmas present on 9th December has still not arrived and my e mail querying this has not been answered. Yet they can find time to send me an e mail requesting a review of my purchase - it's a joke!
In response to the reply the restock date advertised on the website when I ordered was in December- before Christmas.

Unclear site and unprofessional customer service
It never arrived, which I later found out, was due to a reprint issue which was not clear. Customer service does take a while to respond and they can become quite unprofessional. I have since asked for a refund and received it straight away. It’s unfortunate that my experience was not the best with this company.

Avoid, product not delivered, no communication
Ordered at the start of November and not heard anything since.
I reached out last week via email and have heard nothing back.
Not had any confirmation of order sent/tracking information but they have taken my money

Since this review was posted I have received a refund, and responded to this review. This is the first communication I've had with this company since my initial order.
The wording of their response below clearly shows no remorse for the mistake and an appalling attitude to customer service.
When I placed the order at the start of December the email clearly states that it would be delivered in 2-5 working days. There is literally no information in the email the item was out of stock.
This raises a further question, why take people's money when you don't have the item in stock?
I do take back my comment about you being a scam and upgrade this review from 1* to 2* , however, it will remain at a low level as that's the service you have provided me. The title remains the same as it's accurate.
- took my order early November with no information it was out of stock
- didn't respond to my customer service message politely asking for an update on the 25th
- only refunded me after this review and I started a dispute via the shop app.
- responded to this review by displaying your awful attitude to customer service rather than acknowledging you made a mistake
At any point had you properly communicated to me that there was an issue with GW and apologised this review would still not be so low.
Sort your attitude and customer service/information out.

Matthew's item was out of stock with Games Workshop and he was aware of this when he ordered. Games Workshop are having massive logistics issues at the moment due to their warehouse move. As a small business we are unfairly taking the brunt of unhappy customers who want to order things that Games Workshop are not advising them cannot be supplied. Frankly to be called scam artists when we have been trading for ten years and undertake massive amounts of work to try and get items to customers across the UK is insulting. Still, you can't win them all.
Edit: I note the retraction. We have communicated directly that we are sorry for the delay and the issue and will be reviewing and ensuring this doesn't happen again.
