Same story as everyone else. Ordered an airfryer , site seemed legitimate and got confirmation email straight away.
That was 23rd November, dispite cancelling my order and asking for money to be returned they are now just ignoring my emails altogether.
Money I really couldn't afford to lose is now gone.
How many people can they rip off before something is done about this company.
Keep away from them

Same as everyone else order an Air Fryer, one email confirmation and nothing since. Have contacted my credit card company for hopefully a refund.

Kitchen hog at beginning of November and shock horror still hasn’t arrived. Got through to customer services who said it would be with me last Tuesday. Still not arrived.
Have raised a credit card dispute and emailed demanding my money back.

Same as many others, ordered an airfryer from what seemed to be a genuine company, got an email with an order no. I can see the order and my payment in my kitchenoff account, then nothing. No updates, no reply to messages, no reply to request for refund. One big scam.

Complete scam- the website I thought looked quite legitimate. Once you order anything their 'customer service' provide occasional email replies that there are customs issues that are causing the delays. Clearly this is not true. There are no parcel tracking provided. I have repeatedly asked for refunds. Nothing. I am chasing my bank for a refund as I bought via a credit card...

Bought TWO ninjas and like others no order received. Emailed asking for a refund. They replied with 3-10 business working days but nothing!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. Waiting for bank and police to investigate

fell for this scam hook line and sinker !!! paid and ordered 1/11/2022 , ive emailed and tried to call several times with no success in getting a reply or answer to my question . thats £125.00 down the drain .

Ordered Ninja Air Fryer and received a confirmation email. Asked for the tracking number for the delivery and I have been told that product is coming from Europe and it will take 12 working days. Still no sign of tracking ref which seems like it is a scam company.

I'm the same as most people here. Ordered an air fryer 3 weeks ago which has not arrived. The phone number on the website does not work and they don't respond to emails. I've submitted a fraud claim with my bank and I suggest everyone else does the same and gets their claim in quickly.

Bought Air fryer from them, realised i was not getting it after 2 weeks and phoned to cancel, they did not answer. They eventually called me back, they promised me delivery within 10 working days but i said that's too late it was a gift and now the birthday has passed.

They sent an email explaining i will receive the refund within 6-10 days.
I am still waiting now. I have called and emailed many times, no communication from them at all.

I have contacted Klarna for a refund they told me they cannot do anything until kitchenhof has said i can have a refund. Its ridiculous, its been 36 days now and no refund yet! Got in touch with my bank today to start a dispute and hopefully leaned my lesson!

i ordered the Ninja Foodi Dual Zone 7.6L Air Fryer AF300UK on the 25th November, same as everyone else, and im having the same issue, no replys to emails or the live chat, and no answer at all when i call, this is really poor company, and would never trust them again, trying now to get a refund through my credit card comapny. hopefully they will do it be the 30 day window

Feel so stupid, I never fall for scams, I ordered a Ninja Fryer on the 7th Novemeber, after a few weeks I actually managed to speak with someone at Kitchen Hoff, they told me there was a delay with customs, I was very patient with them and then decided to write more emails asking for a refund. My credit card is now dealing with it. Fake!!!!! Scam!!!!

I have also been scammed by this website promising that they can deliver a Ninja airfryer.
Luckily I ordered on my credit card so will eventually get a refund.

Ordered a ninja. Still not arrived 4 weeks later. Telephone number not working and do not answer emails despite me sending many ! Do not use. Absolutely disgraceful.

Sold me something that's in stock OK that stuff happens but not bothering to reply to messages through your on website asking for updates is unacceptable thank fully I paid via credit card and a case has been started you had plenty of chances to reply. A heads up people they state they are based in London but there contact number displays southhampton they can't even be honest about their location my word is AVOID!!!!

Seriously disappointed. Ordered an air frier in November, and despite some badly worded emails, nothing and it's now over a month later.

I wish I had read these reviews before ordering an air fryer for £230.00 which I’m clearly not going to receive.
Why does Google allow this kind of crap scam website to continue, they should be shut down immediately. Wa&@#ers.

Would have been a zero rating. But yes like many others on here I have been scammed, purchased airfryer 12th November usual generic email blah blah blah, now has to report to bank for fraudulent activity. So annoyed with myself for not checking the reviews 😡
