Bought an air fryer yesterday, less than 24 hours later contacted by my bank. Suspicious activity happening on my bank account, very strange that I put my bank details in and then some lowlife tried to Rob me blinde.
Stay away!!!!

RIP OFF!!!!!!!! Do not send your hard earned money to these scammers. £199 my dying father paid for.a ninja air fryer for my daughters Christmas present. Never seen his money or the fryer. It would have been the last thing he would have bought her, he past away Boxing Day. So so sad. Hope they are happy ripping people off!!!!

A complete scam. I paid and ordered a air fryer in October 2022. Had an email confirming my purchase, then another email, saying there was a delay with stock. waited another 2 weeks, sent them 3 emails in total, last one saying if they didn't respond by the end of the week, I was contacting my bank, and informing them the company was a fraud. Had no reply, Bank refunded me my money. It just annoys me that they probably got interest on my money for the 3 months I waited.

COMPLETE SCAMMERS. AVOID AT ALL COST.

Organised Scammers. Placed order in October last year and still no Air Fryer received. Had 2 emails from them saying the product was in transit and due to some issue they are stuck with customs. That sounds very suspicious in itself. They are a bogus set up and do not have any intention to supply the goods ordered. My Bank’s Fraud Department were very helpful and refunded my money within hours. They are investigating this bogus Company. PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS BOGUS COMPANY.

Organised Scammers. No intention from day one to supply, deliver any goods ordered by anybody. Bogus London Office Address. They have no stock, just photographs. Stole £230 from me, after several complaints they responded twice, stalling tactics. They even had the cheek to mark my order as “Refunded”. All lies. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEIR WEBSITE, PLEASE !
My Bank’s Fraud Department were very helpful and refunded my money within hours. They are investigating this bogus Company.

Same as others - Ordered in November and initial responses now ignored. Struggling to get money back

It's a complete scam. Do not buy from this company.

I've been waiting over 3 months for the product that I ordered. They responded to my first 2 customer service emails but then stopped responding all together.

It's now going to take me months to claim my money back from my credit card provider.

Seriously dodgy - don't waste your time.

The same experience as others with item ordered but not received. If it were possible to give negative stars they would be Minus 5 ! Companies like this should not be allowed to carry on advertising when they do not fulfil the order.

Same issue as others, ordered items mid November, still not recieved. Initially responded to emails advising item will be sent, now emails bounce back.
Have logged with my Credit Card issuer to get refund.

If any action is to be taken it needs to be raised with relevant organisations such as National Cyber Security, Action Fraud, etc.

Ordered and paid for a Ninja air fryer at £197. Following 10 days emailed to say not received. Asked for a refund. Cheeky pigs sent me an email to say refund made. I never received the refund, nor did I receive the airfryer. STAY WELL CLEAR

Ordered a Ninja airfryer on 30/11/22 and apart from the first email to say it had been ordered I’ve heard nothing back 😡😡😡 Now got to try and speak to my credit card company to see if I can get a refund … DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE AS THE PHONE NUMBER IS INVALID

Like many of you, ordered a Cosori Airfryer 27 Nov.
Was told 8-12 days but maybe 3-4 days more because of Christmas, but no responce to emails and phone not working.
Currently going through a claim from my bank.
Could kick myself.

Still not received it, emailed they said stuck at customs, after another 10 days I asked for refund, they emailed saying refunded. It still hasn’t been and now they are not replying to emails. After reading these reviews and how many people have reported it pains me they still operating.DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!

Same as all other comments ordered a ninja air fryer 12/11/22 was told 8-10 days heard nothing so requested a refund was told 10 days still have heard nothing, they are not responding to my emails I will have to try get refund through my bank! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FRON THESE SCAMMERS

It burns me to write this review. I purchased my Airfryer in good faith on 28th November 2022. I honestly wish I had read these reviews. Following payment, I received an instant email saying their is a delay in shipment an 8-12 days wait. This was the first and last correspondence I received from them. I waited and received nothing. I tried to contact the company and was unable to speak to someone to resolve this, when I called the phone number the line just disconnected. I messaged them via their instagram on 28th December, twice, and sent emails all of which they have failed to respond to. I am highly distraught as I was hoping I would have my Airfryer in time for Christmas but instead all I have is a fraud claim and bank investigation. AVOID THIS COMPANY. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.

Paid money in November for a Ninja 300 and nothing has ever arrived. Did get one email response at the beginning when I was asking when it would be with me but nothing since. I've not had any response to my request for a refund either. The phone number doesn't ring and noone answers the emails any more. DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE>

Please avoid this company. I paid for an air fryer which never came. I luckily paid with my credit card which is currently investigating. They are a scam company which needs to be removed completely.

Like a lot of others bought an air fryer in November 22, still not received and no response from the company on updates etc. Reported on the government fraudulent websites and contacted my bank who will also investigate. Bank have refunded me.
