AVOID! ordered an air fryer Dec 2nd 2022 ! Nothing happened! Promised refund (by email) nothing happened! The matter was resolved by MasterCard!

Ordered a Ninja AF400 on 22 November -- has not materialised. Customer service did not respond to any of my update requests and more recently and more worryingly to my request for a refund -- as I cancelled the order. Unable to contact them by phone.

My advice -- avoid, avoid and avoid.

This company is a scam ordered an airfryer in nov kept changing shipping date didnt answer my emails or phone ,pleased to say i was lucky my bank refunded me my money please dont use this company for anything .

The same experience as many other people have posted here. Purchased a Ninja Air Fryer on 6th December. Received an order confirmation via email from AG Trade Limited but landed in my Junk Mail which made me suspicious straight away. After not having any update from the company for a few weeks, I emailed and messaged them on a their website asking for an update but received no response whatsoever.

I made the purchase with a Visa Debit Card and have had a refund from my bank whilst they investigate the issue.

The website is still active and appears to be taking people's payments which I find astonishing considering this is a blatant criminal website. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE.

A very realistic store front for this SCAM WEBSITE. My experience is identical to many other reviews [Air Fryer purchase in November 2022, never delivered and a single communication from KitchenHof with the 8-12 day delivery window].

The company is operated by a Croatian guy called MARTIN JAMBRESIC of 196 Nether Street, London N3 1PE.

I contacted my credit card company and made a successful claim for a refund under Section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act 1974 as the order was over £100 and the credit card company have equal liability for the transaction. I suggest others who have not done so do the same - it is usually possible to do this from the credit card providers website [log in, find the transaction and look for a dispute option, quote Section 75].

As of 11 January 2023 the website is still operating and taking folks money.

Scam I have emailed and emailed no replies I ordered a ninja in December can someone help me with a number to ring I'm fuming I want my money back 😡😡😡😡😡

FRAUDULENT, I ordered an air fryer in December as a gift, I mailed them after 4 weeks and was told it was stuck in customs, NOT, DO NOT order from these people you won't receive your order, I contacted them but the same as others emails just kept bouncing back, rang my back I had a refund within minutes

As with everybody else. Bought something. It never arrived.

Wish i had read these comments before ordering!! Same experience as everyone else - ordered goods, no delivery timescale, goods not dispatched, requested refund, none provided. Raised as fraud with my credit card company. And of course merchant now holds personal details.

Bought a Ninja air fryer in December but i cancelled the order the following day because I didn't realise my husband had bought me one for Christmas. Recieved an email back straight away saying I would recieve a refund within 3 to 10 days. Recieved nothing and every email sent is bouncing back. Not a suprise after reading everyone's reviews. Will definatley be contacting bank for a refund and to report this fraudulent company. They have taken too many people's money it's disgusting. I don't know how they can live with themselves😡

Ordered an air fryer from this company 3rd November 2022, still waiting! This company is a fraud! Never use this company!!!!

Kept promising delivery never arrived I cancelled order was promised refund. Again never got this had to go to my credit card company to get my money back. Do not use they are just a scam 😡

Same situation as all other customers who tried to purchase Ninja AirFryer. My bank is now dealing with it and hopefully get a refund. This company should not be allowed to continue scamming people.

Exactly like the only other post in this company, I too ordered an air fryer. I ordered end of November. Received an order confirmation and that I’d get tracking email. Never heard another word. No replies to emails etc. awaiting my bank to do the chargeback.

Receipt of purchase comes from Home AG Trade Ltd so avoid that too.

I ordered an air fryer in December but cancelled the order as they did not send an order acknowledgement at the time. They contacted me and said they would cancel and send a refund which never happened so contacted my bank, sent them the email trail and got a refund the next day.

This is a SCAM. Do NOT engage with this company. I ordered an air fryer oven on 2 November which never arrived despite many emails and reassurances from them, all of which appear genuine but they are basically stalling tactics. The company is not bona fide. I eventually got my money back from my credit card provider and have reported this company to Action Fraud.

Be careful just like the last review ordered a Ninja Airfryer early November, numerous emails.
Requested a refund five weeks after the order no reply!
