I normally review retailers I haven't previously used before buying from them. If I'd done that with kitchenhof I'd never have used them.
Having placed my order in what I thought was plenty of time for pre-Xmas delivery, the receipt email with minimal info was the fist hint that something wasn't right. My fears were allayed a little when I got a quick response to my email asking when I could expect delivery.
However after the proffered delivery date had come and gone and I tried emailing again I got zero response. I called the number on the website which didn't even ring out before the message 'Call Ended' appeared on my screen and when I went back to the website to try the chat service (which had previously been offered as a method of contact), I found that it was nowhere to be found. At this point I contacted my credit card provider.
Thankfully today my provider has refunded our money.
YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. 🙁

I ordered an Airfryer oven October 2022 and was assured though many ping pong emails that i would recieve it within 8-12days. I cancelled my order and requested a full refund and am still waiting January 2023.! They are now not even responding to my emails. I think they are Frauds and would not recommend them at all.!!!

Goods never arrived, unable to contact them due to their stated phone number and email don’t work. I got my money back from the bank thankfully

Took my £85 for Cosori airfryer, but nothing has been delivered. Barclaycard has credited my account, luckily. Do not buy from Kitchenhof/ Cosori at all, got to be a scam. So angry 😠

Like everyone else, never got anything. They also stop answering emails! FRAUD! SCAM! Had to go through bank for getting the money back!

This needs some investigation surely?

DONT BUY ANYTHING. if you do? Make sure you use a CREDIT CARD because you be covered and get your money back when no goods arrive and no one answers either emails or phone calls. Yet another SCAM company on the net.

Why are these still taking peoples money they need stopping why are the trading standards not closed in on these scammers... we ordered we don't get our goods... these scammers making big money.... wish I seen these reviews.... before I trusted parting with my cash.. HOPE THEY GET STOPPED SOON.

Surely with the amount of purchases that look to be fraudulent, highlighted by the reviews. Can this not be raised as a criminal activity. I find myself in the same position ordering an air fryer and after delays being assured it was only transportation issues and it will be delivered in 8 to 12 days. I subsequently suggested and asked for clarification that this was not indeed a scan and later cancelled and received an email confirming a refund.

Ordered a Ninja air fryer on 22nd November, was told 8 to 12 days. Sent email on 12th day got one reply saying it would be shipped next week. Since then all my emails to customer service are being returned as undelivered.

Fraud. Ordered air fryer. Never received. Messages not replied to. Thank goodness I paid via Mastercard. Hope the Police catch up with them. Total as#&oles.

One star too many. Wish I'd read reviews before ordering. Same story as others, no goods arrived. Excuses when chased up. Goods were stuck at customs. Asked for refund to which I got a no reply. Paid by visa debit so filled in bank forms and I have received a full refund.

DO NOT BUY. COMPANIES REGISTERED ADDRESS IS AN ADDRESS THAT YOU CAN PAY £40 A YEAR TO USE. READ THEIR SHIPPING AND REFUND INFORMATION. THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY BUT DO NOT DELIVER GOODS. THEY DO NOT HOLD ANY GOODS AS THEY SAY THEY WILL SHIP WHEN THE SELLER HAVE THEM IN STOCK.

Would also put these scammers as a zero! Same as everyone else, ordered a ninja on the 2nd November never received it, had endless emails saying to give them another week to deliver. Scammers - do not use them as I have not received my air fryer also.

I ordered 2 air flyers at the beginning of November as Christmas presents. When I chased them I was told they were stuck in customs and I would receive them by the end of that week.
Needless to say I have not received them and have had no response when requesting a refund.
Thankfully I paid using a credit card so should be able to get my money back at some point.
