I ordered a ninja air fryer and paid. I was promised a 8 to 12 day delivery but it never arrived. After nearly 2 months its still not arrived, i have requested a full refund but ignored they don't answer emails or telephone. This is online fraud and I have taken my case to the police to investigate

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! They are absolute scammers!!! i ordered an air fryer on the 21st of November to be told that delivery would take 8-12 days but received nothing, chased & chased & eventually they sent an email saying there were delivery delays so waited a further week nothing asked for a tracking number nothing asked for a refund NOTHING!!! They are a rogue company & have absolutely no idea whether i will receive a refund!!!!!!

Same situation as everyone here, Ordered an airfryer on 07 Nov 22, the status is showing Shipped but no provide any tracking number. Emailed many times for request the order cancel and refund without any response. After I informed my bank then finally got my refund today. Don’t buy from this shop. SCAM !!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. DO NOR ORDER FROM THEM. TOTAL SCAM. Ordered an air fryer for a friend as a present in November. A week went by and no word on shipping so I emailed. Got a responsive that shipping companies are busy and it would take 3-12 business days to ship. After 12 days asked about it and it still hadn’t shipped and would be a few more days. I cancelled the order and asked for a refund, was told it would take up to 10 business days to process. It has been over 4 weeks and not received anything. And now they will not respond to my emails now. I will have to go through my bank to get a refund.

Take your money but don’t deliver the goods.
Wish I had read the reviews before paying for a Ninja air fryer.
Be warned do not buy anything from these crooks.

Ordered an airfryer on 2nd Nov 22. Saying shipped but no tracking number, still no airfryer wish I had checked vefore the purchase. Have emailed numerous times no response when on to in line chat no response. Total scam I can't even claim it back from bank was brought with an on line gift card. Fuming , scammers website still running total fake business.

SCAM took our money , no goods no refund , no response to e mails. Awaiting refund from our credit card .

Will be contacting my bank to try to see if I can get my £185 back :(

Like most people who has been scammed by this company, I would give it zero if I could, ordered an air- fyer at the end of November, despite being told the order is on its way still no air-fyer, requested refund and they stopped responding you my e-mails. Trying to get my money from my bank.. The company does not exist.

In the same boat as everyone else, ordered an airfryer on the 5th November. Promised delivery in 8-12 business days….wasn’t delivered as promised even though showing as in stock…agreed to do a refund which hasn’t materialised. Have now contacted my bank for a refund just before Christmas.

Just like everyone else ordered an air fryer 23.11.22 not arrived emailed got no answer about a refund have had to buy one elsewhere do not use this company total scumbags

I would give 0 if it was an option. Purchased a Ninja dual zone on 6th Nov 2022 despite all their apologies and promises I did not receive and requested a refund. I was asked to wait another 3 days, I waited 4 still no delivery. 9 Dec I was told my refund would be 3-10 working days, it’s now 12 working days and NO refund. After replying to all my emails previously they have not replied since telling me the refund would be 3-10 days. DO NOT USE.

What can I say, like the rest of the reviews we were completely mugged by these scumbags - Paid for an air fryer 16/11, calls and emails exchanged.

Kitchenhof unfortunately lived up to all the reviews, unfortunately I didn’t view these before ordering my air fryer, like all other reports I haven’t received anything and no response via either option of contact, avoid them at all costs. Mike D

Same as everyone else here. Ordered Air Fryer 7th November, a few emails reassuring me of shipping, told it was stuck at customs (that's what made me smell a rat) and now no replies. It's a shame they can get way with this. This company is registered at Companies house as a limited company. He has probably disappeared back to Croatia and I am pretty sure he will set up another company in another name in a few months time and do it again.
