Wish I didn’t have to give a star rating. Avoid at all costs, I ordered air fryer on 25th November, didn’t receive any despatch email etc so I contacted them, they told me it would by 8-12 days delivery then extra added on because of the time of year/strikes etc. By then I’d read the reviews and realised. I asked to cancel and for a refund, after several back and forth emails they agreed but said it would be 3-10 working days and it’s a financial company that’s separate who deal with refunds. Guess what still no refund and now ignoring all emails, I’ve gone to my bank to raise a card dispute. Terrible experience.

Order in November. All emails ignored and live chats ignored. The telephone number provided does not work. Total scam and fraudulent company. DO NOT buy from them. Luckily I used Klarna and no money was taken, as I cancelled order via Klarna.

Same as everyone else unfortunately. Ordered a ninja dual air fryer 16/11/22 took payment straight away and email receipt saying 8-12 day’s delivery. I did receive an email saying delivery is delayed due to Christmas and postal strikes but nothing arrived then the emails stopped. Tried the phone but doesn’t ring, tried the online chat but no response. I have contacted my credit card for a refund. Avoid at all cost.

Luckily I never ordered but was going to. They are now asking for a bank transfer which is harder to get back I believe. Avoid at all cost.

Sadly, like many on this site we purchased an air fryer from the site, had order confirmation through but then nothing.

No response to emails, phone number seems dead.

Site looked quite professional so surprised to learn it's a scam.

KITCHENHOF/HOME AG TRADE LTD in my experience are a SCAM COMPANY and do not have the products they advertise for sale on their website, they just take your money with open hands. I ordered an Airfyer on the 2nd December and guess what!! like everyone else is saying I have not received it. I hope the registered Director/Shareholder is pleased with pocketing everyone’s money to fund his £million + home. My advice is DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE. Investigations should be made to shut it down.

paid for a ninja af400uk air fryer on 24th Nov 22 was told after a few emails it would be delivered a week before Christmas. never turned up or responded to emails since .. Good job I could do a charge back through my bank ..don't trust this company not worth the stress . its a minus 5 from me .

If I could give zero stars I would. Ordered an air fryer and was told 8 - 10 working days. Nothing arrived. Emailed customer services several times with no response. Phone number does not even work. Contacted my bank and managed to get a full refund. Avoid this company at all cost.

What an absolute disgrace, did not receive my purchase or any refund to date, had to get the bank involved. Please DO NOT order from this site, as you will not receive what you paid for.

I ordered a Ninja Airfryer, in November and I haven’t received it. Definitely a scam, rubbish company, if you can call them a company. Stay clear of them

scammers, claimed money back on credit card, informed HSBC and VISA that this is a scam web site and they have done NOTHING, they support scammers.

Site should be shut down

Do not touch them with a barg pole Scammers took £195 pound from us early November for a Ninja fryer.
I emailed 2-3 weeks asking for update which they gave me but another 2 weeks passed I emailed them again but nothing…I called the number on there contact but did not even ring.

Don’t touch there site definitely a SCAM.

Will contact my bank and try and get money back but paid via debit card so very doubtful.

ordered ninja air fryer from them on 22/11 and it has never arrived. I’ve had to contact my bank for a refund.

Ordered a product for £200, but nothing arrived. Enquires elicited replies such as ‘ stuck in customs’, ‘please be patient’, ‘will be with you on Tuesday’ ( didn’t arrive). Eventually I informed the card issuer and they refunded my money, and I assume they’re going after Kitchenhof for repayment.
It’s either a scam or industrial-grade incompetence.
Whatever, don’t go near them, you’ll have nothing but trouble.
I would have given zero stars if I could. Perhaps Trustpilot should make this an option.

WARNING!!! Ordered a ninja dual air fryer at the end of Nov, they said 8-12 days for delivery, went passed this so I emailed customer support, got an email saying it would be dispatched “this week” that was on 7th Dec, here I am on 27th Dec, still waiting. Christmas ruined and reading other reviews looks like it’s a scam - DO NOT BUY FROM OR USE THIS WEBSITE

This is a scam. We bought 2 x airfryers. Nothing was shipped, no customer service. Home Trade AG is a shell company. Stay away.

Is there any way for this site be closed permanently?! This is a huge scam! You'll never received what you paid for. More than that the contract number provided can't be reached and the "customer service" is not replying to your messages. Hopefully we'll have our money back from the bank.

Same as everyone else. I asked if in stock before ordering. Item never arrived lots of excuses. Asked for refund told no problem but it didn't happen. Refund achieved through credit card company. WORST EXPERIENCE OF ONLINE SHOPPING EVER. NEVER HAD TO COMPLAIN TO ANYONE BEFORE THIS. AVOID

Do not buy from this company. Ordered and never received the product. And now no one responds to you.
