Dodgy company - product never turned up and promised refund never processed. Generic waffle emails with company who do not do what they say they would do. Excuse of air fryer not arriving due to customs. After 7 weeks I’ve had to contact my credit card company to raise a dispute. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Scammers, took my money, customer service number doesn’t work, haven’t replied to my emails. Luckily reported to my bank who have refunded me money. Do not buy from them.

Wish I’d read the reviews on here before I ordered from this company take your money and couldn’t care less about customer service my my advice stay clear if this company

AVOID AT ALL COST. I ordered and paid for an air fryer, but never received it. They did respond to my emails at first, but when I asked for a refund I got no response. Thankfully my bank investigated and refunded my money. Air fryer never received. Total scammers.

NEVER EVER BUY ANYTHING! This company is complete a fraud! Do not be fooled by the half decent website,or the email you receive confirming they have taken all your money

Absolute scammer took £690 from me no goods received never responded to my email

Ordered and paid for Cosori Air Fryer. Money taken, non receipt after 8-12 working days. Contacted by email - 1 response apologising. Tried phoning but phone number for Kitchenhof always engaged. Payment was by debit card but have contacted Bank to see if they can help.

I ordered from them on 8th November like the rest promised 5 day delivery only to be told there a delayed then promised a refund not received so I contacted credit card company who are looking into it, DO NOT Order from this SCAMMER

Less than 1 star. Total scam. I contacted my bank reported it and within half an hour my bank refunded me.

Ordered a tower air fryer back in November 22, still says unfulfilled and when I message get no reply can't get my money back, as all the others say avoid like the plague

This company are definitely scammers I sent them £230.00 for an air fryer which is still not arrived past date was promised and they are still advertising I don’t know why this site hasn’t been removed

Scam company !!! Ordered my son a mini fridge for Christmas. No sign of this not replying to me emails number out of use . Scum of the earth

Scam company!!! Ordered a Ninja duel air fryer in the middle of November 2022. £230 came straight out of my bank, had confirmation email but goods never arrived. I emailed to see when I would receive my goods and they replied saying it was stuck in customs. I then asked for a refund which they said they would do and I would get it within 3-8 working days. I haven’t received my refund and they have now stopped replying to my emails. This is obviously a FAKE SCAM COMPANY do not order from them under any circumstances!!!

Scammers. Like all the others I ordered a ninja air fryer. Got a confirmation email then nothing. Had several emails initially from their so called “customer service”. Since requesting a refund they’ve ignored my emails. Thankfully bought with a credit card, so will be covered. Don’t buy from this company!!

Avoid them at all costs. I ordered of this sore responded immediately when first placing the order. My opinion it’s a scam on a grand scale, you receive confirmation order but never a delivery confirmation. When you ask about it they tell same story it’s stuck at customs blah blah blah. When you ask for a refund they completely ignore you and never respond to emails or on live chat.

Scammers why oh why is this site still online and allowing people to order. I'm afraid to say my review will be the same as the rest, goods ordered not delivered, still waiting for my money to be refunded. Landline dosent work only way to contact is through the chat or email which they rarely reply AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Awful experience. They advertise goods they dont have in stock. I ordered a Ninja air fryer with a delivery timescale of 8 days. After a month it had not arrived despite being told twice it was on its way.I requested a refund and they didnt acknowledge my email. Got the credit card company involved

Same as everyone else placed order no confirmation took my money . Answered my first email saying air fryer was on the way three weeks later nothing and ignoring my emails. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE
