I ordered ninja on 10/11/22 .. I did get confirmation and how long it would take for delivery..I asked for telephone number which was emailed to me but does work.. emailed on numerous occasions to ask where my order is .NO REPLY.. I contacted my bank and has been passed to fraud squad.. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE….😡

Don’t bother with this company. Complete scam. Ordered on 15th November, with a promise of delivery within a week. Excuse after excuse on email when asking where my order is, until I told them I wanted a refund, then suddenly stopped responding.

This is a complete SCAM! Avoid at all costs. Bought an air fryer from them. The order wasn't acknowledged and I have received no updates regarding delivery - this is 14 days after I placed the order. Tried calling them but the number is unreachable. The online chat is also a 'front' for the scam - you'll not get anyone to talk to you. Please AVOID and don't get sucked in like me. Luckily, called AMEX and they refunded me in full immediately. I'm guessing they're already aware of this scam company.

Ordered a Ninja Air fryer end on November. Took money immediately. No confirmation email, so I tried phoning them to see when it would be delivered. The numbers don't work. Looked on their Facebook page and emailed them. They answered that telling me it would arrive the following week, 12th December. Nothings arrived and ignored three emails and chat. Avoid at all costs. Luckily I got a refund from my bank within a few hours, so the bank must be aware of these scammers

I wish I'd seen the reviews first. I ordered, received confirmation then nothing. I chased delivery and they said give them a few more days, then they've stopped replying. I've reported it to my bank. Why are these websites not reported and shut down, better still, find the people responsible and charge them with stealing.

Ordered and paid for Tower Air fryer,29th November.contacted to ask when it will be dispatched. they replied , but still nothing.

I wish I could give less than one star. Our experience is the same as all the customers of this rogue trader. No air fryer and no refund. We will be contacting our bank to see if they can help. I wish I had seen the Trust Pilot reviews before ordering. It’s disgusting that these people can do this to others. AVOID/AVOID/AVOID!!!

DO NOT USE. This is a scamming site that appears legit. Takes your money and that's the end of the story! You lose it, they keep it.

I was totally taken in by this . Thought I bought an air fryer was told was despatched , then told delayed . After 3 weeks asked for refund which was nearly 2weeks ago . Still waiting . Also phone number given on site is not live.

SCAM - took money and replied until i requested a refund - which they said was sent, but never arrived. Credit card company investigating

Also been robbed by these scammers! Ordered an Air Fryer (Cosori) about three weeks ago, was told it’ll be delivered, never got any delivery, eventually DPD came and ticked order as cancelled because apparently it was damaged, I never even saw the driver, was just sent a blank photo of goods.

I then emailed for a refund todays it been more then 10 days I still don’t have my money and now they have stopped replying.

SCAM! I fell for the website saying they had stock of an air fryer & ordered on the 25th Nov. Had a confirmation email saying my order had been received and then nothing. Realised on the 28th that I'd been scammed but had to wait 3 weeks for my bank to investigate. I'm lucky that my bank provided a refund but I'm sure there are others who haven't been so lucky & have lost money. DO NOT ORDER!

Same story as all the rest. Paid for this a Christmas for my mum. Never arrived.

Ordered Ninja AF400UK on 16.11.22 - they took payment immediately. After many emails and many excuses I asked them to cancel and refund. The refund has never arrived - despite having an email confirming a refund! I’ve passed it onto Barclaycard for them to help me recover my money. Please DO NOT try and buy from this company.

Like everyone else’s experience. Looked like a genuine site. Having looked into the company prior to ordering. The London address, and store opening hours sucked me in.
And yes, the landline phone number listed, is fake.
What I and others don’t understand is. When so many have been duped. Why this company is still allowed to advertise. Surely the advertising watchdog has a duty of care and should block this SCAM site from advertising.
I have instructed my credit card company to recover my money.
