Ordered a Ninja dual air fryer on the 23 November, was told delivery would be 8-12 days, then was told that there was a 4 day delay!
Despite repeated emails, messages and 'Live???' chats on their website, I get no response from them and I have still not received the item and the phone number provided is rubbish.
I have had to contact my credit card provider to investigate this transaction.
I strongly advise against anyone buying anything from this rogue company.
Update 6th Jan: Luckily, Santander have refunded my payment!

AVOID ! this is a scam company. Bought a Ninja air fryer in November and all appeared genuine with a follow up order number and email to say delivery delayed. Goods never received and they stopped replying to emails. Halifax bank confirmed this was a scam and luckily covered my loss as I paid on credit card. Other reviews from supposed customers saying that they were given a full refund are clearly fake. Dodgy thieving scammer !

Thieving sods!! Unable to supply item but still no refund which was promised within 3-10 days… 4 weeks later still waiting. No response from emails, telephone number on their website doesn’t connect.

Ordered my ninja grill on the 24 November, after sending four messages and was told it would be sent out on the 7 December for delivery. No delivery yet . Sent another two messages and have had no reply. .I will not order from this company again.

What a scam. Ruined my parents Christmas. Do not trust. Don't waste your time. Product never showed up and reading these reviews i guess it won't. So sad this is allowed to happen in this day and age. Why aren't these sites monitored?

I’ve ordered a Ninja Fryer from this lot for a Xmas gift on 12/1122 and still not received it.
The phone number on their website doesn’t connect and they haven’t responded to my emails.
I’m now going to contact my credit card company for a refund. This “company” is an utter disgrace. AVOID.

same as everyone else been duped by what looked a genuine site,bought an airfryer on 28th November money taken out of bank straightaway no further updates asked for delivery info countless times but no reply then asked for refund again no reply,have now given all info to my bank.Martin Jambresic has set this company up and should be investigated and shut down and made to pay everyone back AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS

Stay absolutely clear of this company. Ordered a ninja air fryer 24/11/22. Sent several emails. They responded to the first couple not very eloquently may I add . After requesting a cancellation & full refund they have stopped responding . I have taken this up with my credit card company to get the money refunded. Total scammers .

Ordered a Ninja Aire Fryer : which according to their website was in stock Thankfully paid by credit card They took the money without confirming the order - so I cancelled within 48 hours ; assured I would receive a refund in 7 - 10 working days _ they have now exceed this deadline No longer respond to my emails
Therefore I am referring to my credit card company for my refund

I ordered a Ninja Grill on the 28/11/22 still not received it assured me it would arrive last week by the 16th still nothing! I believe they are fake reported to my bank hopefully will receive a full refund! STAY CLEAR DO NOT USE!

Absolutely Avoid! Bought end of November Air Fryer as Christmas gift! It hasn’t arrived and no response to my enquiry emails, the phone number they provide on their website is not working either! Definitely reporting them!

Ordered an AirFryer on 27/11 as a Xmas gift. Nothing delivered and can’t get hold of anyone. Looks like a blatant rip off / theft. Feel like tracking the crooks down and taking my lost money out of their faces! Do not use!

Ordered a Ninja Air fryer AF400uk on 10th November and still not received it. Emailed on 8th December and they said there was a problem with customs. Asked for me to give until 19th to deliver but still no tracking information. Very upset as it was a Christmas present.
Will never buy from them again. I even asked for my back, now not replying to the emails I have sent.

Ordered a cosori 5.5L air fryer on the 8th November 2022. Waited a bit as i knew about delays and the like. 1st of December rolls by I enquire about it and was told it would be sent that week and delivered the next.
8th of December comes and i message again saying still havent had anything, they told me the same thing which i told them and they replied latest monday. Monday comes and goes Tuesday comes and goes. Wednesday request a refund. Had the refund today after threatening to take it further.

Absolutely the worst company that I have ever dealt with. I made an order for a Ninja Airfryer 9.5l more than two months ago and I have still not received it. They won't even respond to my messages anymore since I've been requesting a refund. We should all get to together and take further action against this rubbish company. I have prevented 61 people from making orders with this company and will continue to do so until I get my money back.

Agreeing with other reviewers you have no idea till you order that this is an awful company. That is if it exists at all. No delivery estimate dare once ordered. Sporadic customer service emails( badly worded) No goods ever received and given up waiting having handed it over to my credit card company now to try to get my money back. AVOID THIS COMPANY!!
