Scam!!! Ordered end of Nov, contacted via their online chat and email a number of times and never received a reply from them. Do not trust this site. Have gone through my bank to report and claim my money back.

Scammers. No goods supplied. Order was placed 18/11/22 and told 8-12 days delivery.

Wish I had checked the reviews before ordering from this site. Ordered a Ninja Air-fryer which appeared to be in stock at the time.

I was charged immediately despite the item not being in stock, and emailed them the next day asking for a rough eta.

They were fairly responsive saying the usual delivery time was 8-12 business days, however 9 days later there was still no sign of the order and they responded saying it would ship next week.

Again 5 days later there was no sign of the order and I chased again. This time the excuse was to do with their delivery partners, and the excuses kept continuing. I chased a few more times with excuses such as customs were holding the stock and the final contact saying it would be delivered on Monday latest and if not they would issue a refund.

Again the eta was missed (it’s now been more than a month since the initial order) so I asked for a refund. I’ve now chased 3 times over the last week and they are ignoring my emails.

Will never be dealing with this company again and would advise others to do the same!

Ordered 2 Ninja Air fryers at end of Nov for gifts for my mum and MIL and they’ve not arrived. Tried contacting the company, initially they said delays with imports, now they’re not responding to my requests for updates.

What a disgraceful company do not buy, they take your money and do not deliver the goods. This company or a scammer will ignore your emails despite making earlier promises.

I have opened a case with my bank who are investigating them. My bank have provided me with a conditional refund.

Same as all the below problems, ordered an air fryer end of November, got a confirmation email to state the order being confirmed and then when chasing for updates, customer service team replied occasionally stating they have had to pay a huge tax bill and it’s on its way and to give them time for my order to arrive. They are now ignoring all emails. Phone number on the website does not work. Scammers, disgusting.

Ninja air fryer -apparently a big scam going on with these at the moment according to my bank so purchase from reputable companies. Lesson learnt for me .
I called my bank who have reimbursed me ..

Same as everyone else, bought an airfryer in November, no delivery and no replies to emails or chat. Rang bank to get their help in recovering my money and bank informed me the company had set up a recurring payment from my account! Not only the initial scam but they were going to take more money from my account!! ABSOLUTE CON ARTISTS - AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!

Same as everyone else, ordered airfryer the 8th December only realised so quickly it's a scam as tried to cancel do to getting one from currys. No replies to any attempt to cancel so I looked at reviews, I now feel like an idiot.
Opened a case with action fraud and got to go to the bank as used debit card instead of credit card and not as protected

I've experienced the same as many others it seems. Ordered a Ninja Air Fryer on 01-Dec and just got fobbed off over email and chat and now radio silence. The number on the website never works when I try it. I have requested for the order to be cancelled and refunded as I can see it is available directly with Ninja. Just wish I had been patient. I did my 'due diligence' on them and could see they were a registered company with a company no. etc and the website looks legit. So angry at myself. How do these people sleep at night. £230 down the toilet.

Total scam do not buy anything from this company, they don't seem to exist its a ghost site and you will never receive your goods. Be warned!!!

Why why why did I not review these thieves prior to making my purchase.. same experience as all the other trusting decent people before me. Do not use them at any cost, because it will COST you.

Total scammers! Google need to shut this website down. I have reported them to Google numerous times, but nothing has been done. I am convinced they have a few websites under different names. I did a scan on them, by URLscan and it said the website is malicious and is based in America and Germany. Thankfully, I have been refunded by the bank. I ordered an air fryer from them for a Christmas gift, it was a terrible lesson learnt.

DO NOT THROW YOUR MONEY AWAY TO THESE BANDITS.
I ordered an air fryer but cancelled the following day after reading bad reviews (wish I had done so before making the purchase, lesson learned) initially they promised the refund now they are ignoring my emails. I have reported these scammers to Trading Standards.

I ordered an air fryer from kitchenhof last week, tried to establish a delivery date, but with no success, I then checked the company out and to my dismay it did not look secure , so I then checked the reviews and I was shocked, it is horrendous, how on earth can any company get away with these practices, I have been in contact with my bank this morning and i have to wait until the 24/12/22 before contacting the bank again, and like all those other folks I feel cheated.
BE AWARE EVERYONE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.......IT'S A SCAM.

Same problem, Air Fryer ordered 23 November and of course NO DELIVERY. Keep well away from this “Company” . Advise your friends.

Feel completely scammed. This company needs to be avoided at ALL costs. Like other reviews - a quick acknowledgment of order - funds taken from credit card, but absolutely nothing else. Phone number from Southampton does not work - despite company address being in London. Web-chat ignored, as are emails. Wish i had done my research before ordering. Irony is - Currys now have the product i want and can deliver tomorrow! Should have been less impatient..... Hope my Credit card company are able to do something about this horrendous organisation

Same as everyone else... I'm kicking myself. I ordered a Ninja Dual Zone but never turned up. I got the odd email saying delays with couriers etc.. I managed to get one from Ninja directly and have been asking Kitchenhof for a refund ever since but radio silence!!

Goods never arrived, no refund given. They will respond to enquires about where the goods are to buy time. But they will never arrive and will stop all contact once you request a refund.
Scam company with a very good website!

Avoid this company , Ordered 2 ninja air fryers 5 weeks ago , having no response off them , going to my bank to hopefully see if I can get my money back. Good luck to the many others in the same boat 👍🏻
