The team are amazing, the have an excellent range of products, really helpful when we were choosing and then we had an issues with our builder and they helped resolve straight away. I would highly recommend this company, they offer excellent value for money with excellent customer service.

The order process was easy and I appreciated the follow up regarding availability. However, ultimately I don’t yet have what I ordered. (Although to be fair it is a manufacturer issue not the website). They promised a follow in two weeks in order to up date me on progress.

Countertop wasn't the best quality, had marks and chips on underside when collected (couldn't be bothered with the hassle of changing it). Only communication received was order confirmation, nothing for 4 days, then phone call saying it has been booked in for delivery tomorrow, which was then cancelled. Went to collect myself and staff were very helpful at Coventry showroom, overall would have rather spent a bit more and gone to a larger company like B&Q or IKEA.

After reading the reviews before i placed an order i can confirm that this company is dedicated in providing high quality products at a cost that is purse friendly.
The worktops were in excellent condition when delivered and the drivers were professional throughout.
I am giving this company full 5 stars and would highly recomend to others...

Ordered on Thursday 12th October. Was told on the website, and then it reconfirmed in my confirmation email, that it would be take 5-7 working days to deliver. I times this perfectly as I was ordering 2 x 4m worktops, so didn't want them in my house for too long before they were getting fitted. Got rang on Monday 16th from the delivery company saying they hadn't recieved the worktop's yet, so obviously they can't deliver them yet. Said they would update me in a few days. Now Thursday 19th, still no contact from either the delivery company or kitchen worktops online. I ring kitchen worktops online directly, and I'm told that they're still not dispatched. I'm then told he was going to go and find out what was going on, and then ring me back. Of course, no call back happened. Rang yet again on Monday 23rd, the day that my kitchen fitter was coming, to hopefully get the worktops delivered. To my amazement, kitchen worktop online's tell me that they're not even dispatched, on the 7th working day after I ordered them. Naturally, I cancelled the order and they fully refunded me. So I can't comment on the product as I never got it, but be very careful if you're ordering for specific dates as the dates they provide on their website are not accurate.

Rebecca was very helpful and once they realised we lived in the Scottish highlands they went out of the way to get it delivered as close to us as they could which was appreciated as the other companies had a surcharge of £500 for delivery even although we are mainland Britain and once we confirmed an address it was delivered in 5 days excellent service
