Gary Riedy in the Waterford store is absolutely fantastic. He understood exactly what I wanted and made the process extremely easy. Everything was done and finished to perfection, with the kitchen being a reasonable price and excellent quality.
I cannot praise Gary enough he was just brilliant.

We recently had a new kitchen designed and fitted by Kitchen World. Patricia, from the Kinsale Rd Cork showroom, was excellent, professional and totally reliable guide through the entire process. Equally, Paul and Damien who measured and fitted the kitchen delivered their services to a very high standard. We would happily recommend Kitchen World to anyone who is planning a new kitchen. We could not be happier with the outcome and are very grateful to Patricia for delivering such a wonderful result for us.

Even before my first consulation with John Grace in Kitchen World, Waterford, I was very impressed by the layouts and designs he had prepared from drawings I had e mailed him beforehand.
John is very easy to work with, he was very attentive to our wish list and was generous when offering advice based on his extensive experience.
Ours was a big order containig kitchen, utility, pantry, 3 walk-in wardrobes and a vanity unit for en-suite.
Each room had a different door colour, with some wardrobes being white, and others being hampton oak. John worked through everything with us, never pressuring us for a decision, and got us the best price possible.
When it came to sign off day, John went through the whole design with us, a marathon session, but made sure we were happy with every single detail.
Delivery of materials and appliances was as promised, phone calls on the day before and the morning of delivery. All the components were clearly labelled, and everything arrived as ordered.
Our fitters, Eoin & Bernard were excellent. They arrived on site as planned, and without delay, started fitting our units. They kept the site tidy, and there was plenty of communication between all parties, so everything went smoothly.
There was one panel and one door that were an incorrect size. Within 1 week the replacements had been delivered and the fitters returned to complete the job. This speed at which a tiny error was corrected was very impressive.
I would highly recommend Kitchen World for the quality of their product, the knowledge of their designers and fitters, their customer service and value for money.

Many thanks to Kitchen World and Gary in Waterford for his support and help in designing our new kitchen. Gary answered every query promptly and we felt confident throughout the whole process. We were also very pleased with the fitter: punctual and competent.
All in all a very positive experience.

Everything was easy from start to finish. John was absolutely brilliant and so helpful. I would highly recommend him.Nothing was any problem, he kept me updated from the time i put my deposit down right up to fitting. The plans for my kitchen are everything i hoped for. The kitchen is really great. I love it.

I would like to thank kitchen world in Waterford city for such a fantastic service. We dealt with a guy name Gary (who was excellent) and from the moment we walked in we were made feel extremely welcome. Gary was extremely helpful and honest as the kitchen we initially liked (most expensive also) was not right for us from the off due to having dogs at home. The design process! I'm sure we wrecked Gary's head as we had a few ideas but we are the worst at making the final decision and didn't really know what we wanted, which Gary took with a smile and nothing was an issue. We were working to a schedule as we done a full refit so we started fresh and had tilers, electricians booked in and kitchen world were on time every time with measuring, delivery and fitting. The 2 lads fitting( Bernard and he's colleague) were on site on the day at 7.30am and were so efficient that the had a 1.5 day job done in 8 hours, All done perfectly, and any issues on our end with plumbing and sockets etc were sorted without any issues or the usual tradesmen moaning. We couldn't be happier with every part of the service from Gary and the team at kitchen world, and we would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new kichen in the south east of the country. 5 stars from us😎😎

From the moment we walked into kitchen world Swords and met Martin to the day our kitchen was finished was a great experience. Even when we had a few hiccups along the way Martin was on hand to sort it out , always available to take our calls or return same day. He was extremely helpfull on the day he measured up and gave us more ideas to make our kitchen bigger with much more counter space. He always delivered what he promised. The fitters were amazing and really did an excellent job and finish. I would highly recommend Kitchen World swords. Thank you Martin for all your help. We love our kitchen.

Our house isn’t the biggest and went to a few places to get a kitchen design and they didn’t listen to use properly what we wanted and said it couldn’t be done. We went to Waterford and meet Gary. He said it is possible and put some much work into it. Gary was so easy to get on with and understand what we wanted. We could have contacted him anytime and he would have fixed any problems very fast. I would highly recommend him to anyone as he was the first person to properly listen to what we wanted.

Need a kitchen? Contact John Grace. Knowledgeable, professional, personal and genuine. Nothing was ever a problem. John was also not afraid to disagree with us if he thought it might affect the final design and was in our best interests.

Myself and my partner had hundreds of questions be it in person through email or by phone and John was there to answer everyone at a moments notice.

The only issue we had was some of the doors that came from the factory and were marked and this happened a second time. This put a bit of a dampner on the excitement of a new kitchen but nevertheless John was there to sort out the problem and in the end we love our kitchen. We love the layout, the Quooker tap, the down draught hob the le man's shelving unit, the island that we didn't think we could have but John made it work and so on (you get the idea)

A five star experience right from the first phone call! Lorna from the Bray store was incredibly helpful and understanding of my needs, and imparted so much great advice, using her experience to design exactly what I needed. Each step along the way was clearly outlined and all options clearly explained. Lorna was so good at listening to me and came up with a perfect design for my kitchen. Every interaction was straightforward, delivery was exactly on time and the fitter was fantastic.
I would absolutely recommend KitchenWorld and particularly Lorna in the Bray store.

Dealt with Ralph in Dungarvan store. From the first day I went in to browse to our consultation to our finished kitchen our whole experience was wonderful. Would highly recommend!

We bought a kitchen from Ralph who couldn’t have been anymore professional in his approach to our needs and went above and beyond in dealing with us. Highly recommend buying a kitchen from kitchen world dungarvan and the lads that installed it were fantastic
