Great service! Excellent staff!

1. Never (ever) a financial invoice should be send to a client before payment confirmation. This may fell a little constrictive for the client...it is not a confortable feeling, plus that he may change his mind or find another car, so the invoice is for nothing at the end; Wait until you have payment before writing this final invoice;
2. Any client should know after the payment a strict delivery term, also for the auto but for the documents as well. Because of your "not saying" straight from the beginning, problems may appear following the buying for your customer (regarding other registration procedures in export country...you should always consider advising the clients fermly about this terms);
3. afterall, a pretty good experience; as in all other companies, some personal is better trained than others, as well as experience levels...so much diferent from one person to other; still enough to buy another car from you in the future;
4. car was in good condition, although almost 400K km onboard, pretty clean as well.

I had a very pleasant experience, I met wonderful people at KLEYN VANS, Mr. ROBERT KOSTER, full of empathy, helped me in finalizing as soon as possible the formalities for the transfer of ownership of the MERCEDES 316 CDI van bought from you.
