Good service

The vehicle was sold to us almost in immobile condition. A total of three times we returned to your service, where we were told that you would repair the vehicle and it would take another 4 days. You did not have the vehicle ready for the customer at all. from our point of view, it was not an honest business

They were very helpful and receptive to my all sugestions. I bought a van rated ”Top Ocasion” - and that for mi it means as good as a new one. The front tires were deformed and I had to replace it, and also in the near future I must change something at the power-train coupling

Kleyn Vans is a trustworthy professional. Pieter Dave Kroon who was my direct contact helped me to export to Africa a vehicle within a very short time frame (3 days!!) together with his team. We would have missed the boat if he was not responsive.
On top of that there is plenty of choices in stock with a fair price. I will probably buy more in the coming weeks

EXCELLENT PRESENTATION

Last September I bought a van from Kleyn vans - online. Nice service no problems. At my request, the car was sent to the United Kingdom. there was a small mechanical problem but after consulting with customer service, the matter was cleared. It is a professional company. I recommend.Jan.

We bought a second hand 2012 Ford Transit from Kleyn vans. Their offer was clear, and the sales man Marcel was friendly, honest and professional. This is not your typical second hand car retailer!

After we had bought the van, we discovered that the engine had some internal damage. This is the last thing you want to find out after you have bought a second hand vehicle, but to our absolute relief Marcel and his colleague Max made the whole experience painless.
We were able to have the van repaired at our local Ford garage, and the guarantee we bought with the van was honoured to the letter.

Not only that, but Kleyn agreed to pay the excess as the issue with the engine was present before we had bought the vehicle. Since we had spent ages saving up the money to buy the van to convert to a camper to travel with this was a lifesaver.

Throughout the whole process their communication remained excellent, and their friendly manner never wavered.

Thanks again Marcel and Max for all the help, and even though we had a hiccup it couldn't have been dealt with better.

absolutely terrible keep away from this company ,left the uk to collect truck and it wasnt checked ??drove 5 miles and edc /boost pressure turbo fault ,,left my son outside in the cold all day long and then said they cant fix it after there so called mechanics ,trying different parts of another vehicle in stock !!my son is a very well trained mechanic and he told them what the fault would be so after a night in a hotel missed crossing back and half the next day they decide to agree it was the turbo at fault !!! decided to get a refund and go elsewhere to purchase as messed about too much !! bas vans is where you should go great service and truck lucas was fantastic !!! stay away from klyen vans !!!!! terrible !!!!

Reserved, then purchased a closed boxed van online. Travelled from Ireland by motorcycle to collect the van. All paperwork, temporary insurance and export plates were ready upon my arrival. Dealt with Marcel from the outset. A most pleasant experience throughout. The quality of the van exceeded my expectations. Would most certainly purchase from Kleyn's again.
