Every thing was perfect

Please don’t use them, they only care about filling their own pockets, they sold me a property that had been put on hold for sale since April 2023 but they sold it to me in December 2023 regardless. Now it’s all gone down the drain, the partners fell out with each other one side went to court got injunction and then sold everything and I as an investor lost out on £105000 and nobody is taking responsibility. I wouldn’t even give them a one star.

Unsurprisingly both my previous reviews on this company have been removed for "breaching Trustpilots guidelines". It seems they simply don't like negative reviews.
So to update, my first review which was about the purchase of an apartment with a double ground rent clause which the impact of was not explained to me by the "independent" solicitor. The apartment is currently undergoing repairs related to cladding issues (not their fault), but there is now an option to opt out of the double ground rent clause (at a cost). Will hopefully be getting shot of the apartment once the cladding repairs are complete. On the positive side however the apartment has been continuously let during the period I have owned it.
My second review with regards to an apartment I purchased off plan which didn't meet the long stop date. Good news, I was able to successfully get my deposit back plus interest and fees, but only after appointing my own litigation solicitor which I shouldn't have had to do as the contract clearly stated that the buyer has the right to terminate the contract if the developer fails to meet the long stop date. Just to reiterate the issue with the delayed reimbursement was with the developer and NOT Knight Knox

Please take the time to read the 1 star reviews. You can see they all have a theme: when things go wrong they drop you like a hot potato and refuse any meaningful communication. Not answering client queries shows where their values lie. If senior managers have no courage in dealing with the difficult questions when the investments they promote horrifically collapse, as they recently have done, then they cannot be trusted with the easy questions either. I no longer trust them.

Knight Knox’s promised a 'guaranteed' 9% APR or more. However, once they secured their commission, their involvement and help is none.
I invested in a plot on a holiday development. It quickly became clear that the due diligence on this project was severely lacking. KnightKnox told me they were selling a 3 bedroom Lodge on the site. I have now found out I do not own the lodge as the developer has not paid for them, I do not even own the land. The land is under the company Apple Ltd. How KnightKnox can sell me a 'Lodge' which then turns out to be a farce as I don’t even own the Lodge. This must be illegal.

The company I purchased from is now under administration, with the administrators saying it is likely I will loose my whole investment - my life's savings gone in less than a year!

I was given a 'plot' and to my surprise when contacting the land registry, they have no record of any such plot under my name! It is all under the company's name...

Knight Knox's response has been disappointing. Rather than offering assistance, they’ve simply deflected. They have said "the seller has found themselves in a situation beyond their control". Ultimately KnightKnox have sold me a Lodge and land which I legally do not own. How is this legal? It now appears I am set to loose my life's savings. Do not trust them.

Having lost my wife Barbara to cancer, I was looking to invest in buy to let property for a pension, I came across knight Knox , I started chatting to a chap called Adam , we arranged to meet up for a coffee, he brought along a colleague called Suzanne, they were both great , very professional but most of all very easy to talk to , over the next couple of months I purchased 3 properties, and Adam and Suzanne made it very easy and smooth, so anyone looking to invest , give knight Knox a ring , and chat to Adam or Suzanne there great . It was my first buy from Knight Knox and, first purchase of social housing, since I had no experience in UK market and social housing details sales assistant was very patient and informative which I looked for.. Aftersales team is excellent too, they were always reachable and helpful during the paperwork stage.. No regret to deal with them, looking forward for the next deal. thank you..

Was very wary at first as already dipped my toes into a similar investment like this which went badly wrong. Not Knight Knox. My experience with them has been great so far. The have delivered on my hands off investment, and rent income has been paid on the dot each month so far. I am 12 month since purchase and would use them again if funds allow another purchase.

helpful prompts sent in a timely way.
Staff seemed to go out of their way to be courteous and helpful.

From sales to aftersales the experience was great. Janet, Naomi and Michelle from the Knight Knox team were amazing, helpful and kind. Very professional and answered any questions or concerns I had. Would recommend their services.

The sales personnel was very helpful, although she was not able to advise on certain matters that the support team was able to do. Generally, I felt they could be more proactive in their approach rather than me doing the follow-up most of the time and also advising all matters beforehand. They should review the efficiency of their legal partner (Taylor Rose) that they recommend which is so inefficient.

top quality service from start to finish, i cannot fault on every step of the way. simply just brilliant !!!
