I have recently sold my families business with Knightsbridge and what a job Leanne did !

To say the buyer was interesting is probably far from the truth of it all. It was a very challenging sale and extremely complex. Leanne was so much help all the way through. She didn’t just help to sell the business but she was there emotionally as well. She guiding us through a total mine field of things I had very little knowledge on. She always had time to explain everything to me and reassured me so it made the whole experience that much easier.

This sale was not easy and I think it will be one she will remember forever ! But she got the job done, there were times I wanted to give up but she was always so supportive and guilded me through. Can’t thank her enough and the team behind her. Who were always there to help if Leanne was not available. I would highly recommend using knights bridge.

The company take ages to get back to you some times don't even bother, if I was a company selling with theses I would think twice.

Selling a business is never an easy decision. From day one having Leanne Boulding by our side made is feel much more comfortable. Her regular none pushy check ins are very much welcomed. Our decision changed and we decided to no longer sell our business and Leanne's reaction was brilliant and full of support.

Excellent and responsive service from Jasmine who provided all the details required, correctly and accurately understood our enquiry brief and was very helpful throughout our contact. Our company is actively involved in acquiring companies and will be pleased to work with Jasmine in the months ahead.

So far very good experience (I have liaised with Matthew and Jasmine). Unfortunately, it has not turned into an acquisition yet, but the brokers seem eager to help and support.

Rewriting again after initial review was removed upon request of Knightsbridge. I've been dealing with Jennifer M. (apparently can't use full name else it'll be removed), who has been quite frankly - awful. I've had to chase, and chase, and chase - and as a buyer, that's unacceptable. It means you're not serving me as an investor, and you're not serving your paying client as a seller. The most simple and basic questions don't get answered for weeks at a time, and when they do finally remember to get back in touch with you, it's totally irrelevant to what you requested, anyway. Terrible, terrible service - and a terribly poorly run company. If you're an investor / business buyer, then avoid. Plenty of other business brokers who actually want to help get deals done - Knightsbridge unfortunately are not one of those brokers in my experience.

They worked very hard to achieve the sale. Sara Thomasson in particular was very professional and responded quickly to any questions/ issues. I would highly recommend.

Working with Sara T was a delight as we made our most recent acquisition. In what wasn't the simplest of transactions given the vendors lack of experience in selling a business it was helpful to have someone I could speak freely with throughout the process.

I’ve found Matthew to be professional, polite, and attentive in his communication. He consistently shares opportunities in a clear and timely manner, and his approachable style makes it easy to engage with him. Matthew demonstrates genuine effort to build rapport and provide a helpful service.

The team at Knightsbridge have been excellent in guiding me through the sale preparation process. Kate and Jonathan were both clear, responsive and professional, and they turned around the documents quickly while making sure my business was represented accurately. Everything felt straightforward and well supported. Very pleased with the service so far and looking forward to the next stage.
