Knightsbridge sold our business for us. We worked with Sara Thomasson who was fabulous. We were introduced to Sara Thomasson at Knightsbridge 2years ago . It has been a long journey and Sara has always been very supportive and kept us up to date with all the information we required. asked for details about a company filled in the confidentiality form phoned and phoned kept getting told they had the form then another person said they didn't have the form. emailed them the form a further 2 times phoned was told they had the form then sent the wrong details for the wrong company not the one requested. phoned and emailed and told them that and asked about the one i wanted details for gave up in the end as this company doesn't seem to know what they are doing and never got the details requested after numerous calls and emails

Knightsbridge doesn’t advertise enough information for buyers when you asked any simple question they want you to fill in NDA form for unnecessary details.
If you taking data from buyers is it safe? Is it compulsory for sellers to have that information? The sellers are only interested in selling their businesses these data used for marketing purposes for Knightsbridge.
None of other business agents ask for NDA only Knightsbridge that’s why they can’t sale businesses quicker than others as put off buyers for slow process asking unnecessary questions via NDA. Good luck sellers

We market each of our opportunities using a tailored approach, therefore not all businesses we have on the market require a Non-Disclosure Agreement to be signed. This is at the request of our client and how they wish to market their business with ourselves.
Many other business brokers you will find also use this approach, dependant on the brokerage. To advise we are also the UK's leading business sales advisor and have completed on more transactions than our competitors, therefore this shows our tailored approach does work.

The staff at Knightsbridge were very knowledgeable and helpfull, especially Saahil Chatoo. From the start once the online documents had been produced he arranged all the appointments all around my availability or health. We found a buyer and this has now completed. If I have any negative comment it is about the cost, which for a small business is a one size fits all up to around 90k. I sold my business for 20k hence the 4 stars.

I had a wonderful experience with Knightsbridge. They produced a beautiful brochure within the timescales that were laid out. They found a buyer very quickly. The deal fell through, but Paige was there to quickly come up with another. Three months later the sale was complete. Paige did a fantastic job in mediating when things inevitably got tricky. Highly, highly recommended!
