Knights have been wonderful, especially Rosemary Alderson, my solicitor, who navigated me through acrimonious divorce. I wouldn’t have my end result without her. Property conveyancing

I have recently completed the sale of a property and knights have been great throughout, from the initial conversation to the completion i have felt at ease and confident in all Knights have done,a massive part of my experience was dealing with Nick Raynor who I must say was absolutely fabulous throughout the process, Nick was always professional throughout what can only be describe as difficult circumstances he always kept me up to date with all information and chased after the estate agent and buyers solicitor without me having to ask, I can not thank Nick enough for all the work he put into this and I can not put into words how much I would recommend Knights and especially Nick. If I was ever to need a solicitor then Knights would be my first thought.

Knights Plc. Professional Services. I gave a 5-star rating as I found them to be professional, knowledgeable, giving good advice, promptly communicating, and treating me as a valued client.

The members of staff at Knights Solicitors are excellent, particularly Sally Peake and Louise Nunns. Their communication skills were always prompt, answering emails and phone calls straight away. They dealt with any queries quickly. I was kept inform at all times, Very Professional and knowledgeable giving good advice where necessary. I felt I was a valued client, not just a number.

IBB Property Law Team made a total mess of my purchase

IBB Law now Kinghts completely messed up a straight forward cash purchase and lease extension. Took forever, lost us the lease extension, incorrectly served notices, accepted no responsibility and caused significant consequential losses. They failed to follow the correct legal process and have now messed us around without settlement for three years racking up huge legal costs. The partner responsible should be fired for his shocking mismanagement of the staff involved and failure on the process. IMHO he acted improperly and without proper care and diligence and bad advice. When he realised the mess up he dropped us as clients and fired the issue off to the IBB liability insurer’s solicitor who have charged person handling it numerous times trying to burn us out and bankrupt us through paying fees to fight them. Absolutely shocking experience - STAY AWAY from these crooks. UPDATE spoke to KNIGHTS Complaints team about IBB over a week ago and still had ZERO response.

Fantastic experience!

Kate Herbert dealt with both the sale of my house and joint purchase of our new home. Can honestly say we only have great things to say about her and how she dealt with the entire process! She dealt with everything so quickly, answered any queries we had and everything felt like it had a nice personal touch. Formerly Rix and Kay

Company took over Rix and Kay in Uckfield in August and with this the secure storage of our LPA (power of attorney). Needed to urgently get hold of the documents due to a medical emergency with my dad. Never called me back for a day and then could not locate the documents for days. Rather than letting me know there could be an issue, they didn’t get in contact. Eventually the documents were found but then were sent to the wrong address.
Their systems for proving ID are antiquated compared to my normal solicitors where it is all online using facial recognition software. I would steer clear.

Smooth handling of complex sale and purchase

At the start of our moving journey we had wondered whether or not to use Knights as all our dealings over some years had been through IBB and we were concerned that the acquisition by Knights might have changed things. Our fears were soon allayed and the sale of our house, which had a complex interest, moved forward smoothly until the buyer's solicitor woke up at the eleventh hour and started to raise issues, perhaps to make up for his earlier lack of visibility to his high profile clients. The sale completion process was straightforward though we found the online paperwork took some getting used to. Completion of our purchase took place two weeks later and was similarly easy. Huge thanks to Gary and his team for their work on our behalf.
