Its not a brand I've heard of before.. but after my purchases. I will differently be using again.. absolutely love the products and unbelievable prices .

AVOID!! Bought their Dirt Boot Wellington. The sole split very quickly after purchase. All attempts to contact to find out if the boots had warranty or if a refund could be issued were ignored. Absolute waste of money and no customer service at all.

The item i ordered was delivered in super quick time and I was informed and always kept up to date about my purchase. I would definitely recommend koala products

Non existent customer service!
Attempted to return a faulty item within 6 weeks of purchase. No response received. I’m left with a useless item which cost £55. Not happy!

Item is perfect, cheapest i could find and delivery was very quick. Great experience, will definitely recommend

Great product. Good quality and a decent price. Only thing that stopped it being 5 stars was the bag it goes in. As with just about everything like this it's way too small and is a nightmare to try and pack away.

Order arrived the following day.

The tray is as described. Solid robust and works as it should.

The delivery was swift. The boots have a stylish appearance, provide excellent warmth, and fit perfectly.

Excellent quality,sturdy 25mm diameter seatbox legs..i'm very pleased with them and they are perfect for my seatbox..should last many years..

Bought a pair of their Neoprene lined dirt boots from Ebay - they look like Le Chameau boots. Really nice when they arrived, was very pleased with them at first but within 3 months I had a wet sock and inspected the right boot and found the upper had come away from the edge and there was also a split along the top. Contacted and thought it would be no trouble to get a refund since they promised excellent customer service but they refused since I'd had them for more than 30 days. (Despite the fact that they were clearly no longer waterproof). Paypal also refused to give me a refund because 30 days so buyer beware.

Further to this when the Ebay seller found that I'd left this review (on Trustpilot) he claimed that he was going to give me a replacement pair but had now changed his mind. The guy is a w*nker. When you start looking for reviews you'll find loads of upset people.

Well thought out products for the right price.
