Kogan mobile roaming useless in the Mediterranean.
Kogan mobile annual package use on a daily basis in Australia has been faultless and I happily give it a 5 star rating.
Kogan Mobile International Roaming however, is less than a 1 star rating.
On enquiring about international roaming before a recent overseas trip I was assured that I could purchase 24hour roaming for $15 from each of the countries I was proposing to visit. In Spain, France, Italy and Malta, Kogan sent an SMS message saying that "Welcome to
(name of country). Roaming in this country is not available on Kogan Mobile. Please use WiFi if you wish to use your mobile. Have a safe trip."
In the UK according to the SMS roaming is possible however by the time I reached UK I had not a shred of confidence left in Kogan roaming.
I can understand Kogan not having international roaming, but to claim that it is available and simple to obtain in the Mediterranean is positively fraudulent.
Hot tip: Rather than using Kogan, change carriers if International roaming is important to you.

I bought a $15 pack/24 hrs for international roaming. After activating it at LHR airport I could call my son in London using Kogan's instructions but he could not ring me back even he followed what I told him to dial with 001161 then my Kogan mobile #. I could text him but he couldn't text back!. So this pack is useless to my expectation and the instructions of how to use it I got from the Kogan team online seemed to be misleading customers.

I pay up front for a hole year with Kogan Mobile, but something went wrong and instead of kogan mobile helping me, kogan mobile tell me to call Kogan and Kogan tell me to call Kogan mobiles both of them don't want to take responsibility and I'm left without no service no money and no one to help me because they all don't want to deal with the promble and now Im out of pocket a hole lot of money and nothing to show

So, for only 86.3¢ per day I get unlimited standard calls and texts to Australian numbers and 40GB of data to use per month. Kogan Mobile also has 20GB, 13GB and 7GB data-levels available on its Mobile Plans, as well as 30GB and 8GB Data Plans for your tablet or device. (I connect my computer to the internet via the personal-hotspot feature on my smartphone.) When you activate, I recommend installing the Kogan Mobile app onto your phone, which lets you keep track of your data usage.
