Initially had a positive experience, until I was 5 minutes late for an appointment and they told me they had canceled it. I had called them to say I would be 5 minutes late, they told me “okay, no problem, come” and then when I arrived, “f’ off.”

Spoke to the vet outside and she just didn’t want to stick around because she had a personal thing to go to that she could be early to.

They refused to send me my dog’s veterinary data (claiming they owned it) as well until I escalated to the owner.

My guess is the vet is a nice person working in an appointment mill.

I have my cat Bambi sterilized at the clinic on Jan 6, 2022. After that she got infected and wound was open. I ended up sending her to Dyrehospital and the doctor said my cat's infection is caused by MRSA!!! I sent my cat to sterilization and she infects MRSA there!! This is malpractice and the clinic didn't response!!
