KPM upsell you on everything

I went to have my front brakes done on my Mercedes Vito and they convinced me to have my discs changed as well. I hardly do any mileage and this surprised me. Anyway instead of paying around £140 quid I paid around £250 quid. Drove out of their garage and still had the brake light on, told them but decided to leave it until my A service came up.

A month later, the Vito was booked in for the A service and they said I needed my back brakes doing. This made me laugh as I said the light referred to the front brakes. The guy went red faced and said that a month ago the back pads still had some meat on them and now they needed replacing - another upsell. So instead of just an A Service I got the rear brakes done too.

Everything with this garage is an upsell, you cannot take your Mercedes Vito into this place and have a simple job done without them conning you into believing there's something more that needs doing.
